I really enjoy coming into the store and staff remember who I am even without being there daily. Good customer service has nothing to do with a department, it comes from treating customers as friends and being kind. I enjoy coming in and having the staff treat me like family.

I liked getting to hear from a professional about what size bike would be right for my son, and that he took the time to let my son try out two different sizes and watched how he looked riding them. I heard about options for accessories but wasn’t pressured into buying them on the spot. Thank you!

I was looking for a new commuter bike and had struck out at 3 other shops. I called your Silverdale store and they stated that they had bikes that would work for me. When I arrived they had a bike pulled for me, remembered my name and were very helpful and patient during the process. I would not hesitate to go back there again.
