Friendly customer service, second to none. I visited two other stores in the area and I could not even find someone to help me or answer my questions. I walked into Trek and they walked right up and gave me the service that you want but rarely experience these days. Answered all my questions, gave me no pressure to buy, and never did I feel like nube for asking anything big or small.

Adrian, Mike and Cole were awesome! 👏🏽 I just moved to the area and they gave me plethora of information! Trails, gear, rides, tips on the area and fixed my damaged bike from the plane ride over from Hawaii! Super grateful for their kind expertise! So glad these guys work there! No attitude! Stoked on Silverdale Trek! Ride on!!!

Adrian was very customer friendly and gave a thorough initial exam of our ebikes after which he gave an accurate estimate of costs. At pickup time, Cole was very helpful in helping to get our bikes situated on a new bike rack.

I was lucky enough to receive an instant rebate voucher from the WA Ebike program and they helped me order a beautiful bike and get a few accessories. Everyone was very kind and helpful. I was given a full explanation of the warranties and how the bike works and they loaded into my vehicle. I would highly recommend Trek in Silverdale for all of your cycling needs.
