This bike shop is one of the few that, as a woman, I can walk in and know I will be valued as a cyclist. All the staff are very welcoming and dont assume my experience based on my gender. Trek is always my go-to bike shop in Kitsap County and abroad.

The bike I got is amazing- but the team at Trek made all the difference! The guys were all super kind and informative, made sure I knew all I needed to and make it a great purchasing experience. I drove 2 hours to pickup a bike because Silverdale was the only one that had it, but even then I will gladly be returning for my servicing because of the staff! I had been to several other trek stores and silverdale was by far the best. Thank you!

Anytime I walk into the Silverdale Trek store the staff is always right there to greet me and help me with whatever cycling items I’m in need of. If they don’t have the item in stock they get it ordered and when I’ve brought in my bike for service they have been able to sort out the problem and get me back out cycling as quickly as possible. Always friendly and helpful.

The technician said my bicycle was not going to be ready till the next week. They called me the same day I brought it in saying it was ready. Couldn’t be more happy with the excellent job they did in repairing and servicing my bicycle.
