Actually it's the manager and staff. They have superb communication skills and have a very kind, "the customer is always right" attitude which is partnered with creative problem solving skills and more east to understand communication. Many thanks to the manager and staff.

Buying a new bike was the best experience at the Silverdale Trek store. Last summer, found a new mountain bike for my tall height 5'8" /medium just fit & feels great to ride. Been riding garage sale bikes for years & decided it was time after retirement that I could afford a new one. My initial purchase, a regular Mountain bike, Marlin 6 gen 3 was well priced & had the coolest color, right size & why I had took the time to ride the ferry & take 2 hours one direction to pick it up. An added bonus was the Customer service at the Silverdale Trek store for guidance & future support was superb ! For this reason, I came back less than a year later to purchase my dream bike the Marlin +8 (e-bike) in my size & color once again. It's a little more of an investment, but gives so much more choice rides to do. I still love to ride my regular MTB as there are trails I still love to do without the big incline. If your undecided, either of those 2 bikes, would keep you smiling. Both are nice rides. I dont agressively ride at my retirement age, but love going on the trails !!

Great customer service, and knowledgeable staff. This year, we first brought my wife's mountain bike in for general maintenance and repair. They offered us a loaner bike for a week. Also, they talked to my wife, and not me about her bike. She knows it best. Since that experience, we have gone back and bought two eMBTs, and a Kuat rack. Both of those purchases were a very positive experience.
