I ordered a bike through the Silverdale Trek store which arrived a week later. They had the bike set up for me when I picked it up and also added the accessories that I purchased. Personalized, courteous service with a great guarantee if not satisfied.

Kole and Adrien were both super helpful with the intake and servicing of my bike. I was kept accurately informed of costs and timeline and was able to pick up when convenient for me. Adrien did a great job on its service and was super helpful when I picked it up giving advice on how best to set the suspension etc. I rode my bike the next day and there was very clear improvement in how the bike rides. Thank you very much!

It is a great bicycle. They’re very knowledgeable there. They knew exactly what I needed. They didn’t try to sell me a very expensive one. They sold me exactly what I needed. And they ordered the color that I wanted and they were very good about relaying the ETA. And due to the delay with FedEx, they were kind enough to offer an option for a loaner bicycle. And as for the brand trek, I’m very impressed with the quality. After I purchased it, Lewis was kind enough to introduce me to their technician and walk me through all the different parts of the bicycle.

I went in panicked about a broken stem on the tube of my front tire; was needing to get on a ride a hour from then! -just as they opened the store! Found out my tube had a good size thorn in it! Adrian fixed it and the other friendly guy helped customers! I am going to make that place my new stop for ANY cycling needs! Thank you TREK Silverdale 👍😊 Joanne Anderson
