I went there with my partner who needed to get his bike checked out and ended up buying a beach cruiser. Tom -- the salesperson -- was incredibly helpful without being pushy. Yesterday we rode to the Tijuana Estuary to look at birds and the bike path can be rocky and sandy in parts; my bike was totally awesome and up to the task.

There services are A-1. As soon as my family and I walking in there was someone there to walk us through out the facility. She was a very knowledgeable of the store’s products and helped solve of bike seat issues right away. The family and I love this South Bay location.

Brought in my bike for servicing since I had not ridden in a while. I expected it needed the works, but the tech (apologies for not having his name) diagnosed the bike and gave recommendation of what I actually needed. Professional, instructive and helpful. I also bought a pair of shoes and was helped by Sarah Welch, per my receipt, and she also went out of her way to give me options and suggestions. Very happy with the service and professionalism.
