its only been a few day since a got the Bike, feel real nice, i think im going to change the tires, because im using the bike more on a route than in the dirth, but the gears are real good , im think thata i need more speed!!!!

I've been a Trek fan for years. I've visited all the local Trek stores and the South Bay location earned my business because of their customer service. First time I went to the South Bay location, the employee went above and beyond what I had experienced at other Trek stores. Because of their customer service, I have now purchased three bikes from them since September and many accessories. Their century training group rides have been a lot of fun as well and they've really helped my riding. Anyone looking for a new bike should check out the South Bay location.

Honest and fair pricing. I came in to have two flat rear tires repaired on separate bicycles. One was fine but the other tire tube shredded after a day or two. The staff replaced the tube and recommended replacing the tire which I did. Much appreciated.

Me gusto que hay variedad de bicicletas y el chico de la entrada que habla muy bien español me explico muy bien todo acerca de 2 modelos de e bike en los que estaba interesado. Me dio oportunidad que usar las 2 afuera para sentir la diferencia. Excelente el servicio y explicacion de Tom tambien me atendio al dia siguiente.
