When we came to look at bikes, William was very knowledgeable and helpful. When we came to pick the new bike up, Junior was great and answered any additional questions we had.
Service was very personalized. Bike was reviewed and recommendations were made. After the work was completed, I received a phone call and an email. A friend recommended this shop to me and I decided to try it out.
Todd welcomed me kindly, overheard a question about a shock pump that i needed after my bike lost air on a trail (Knob Hill). He searched around the store trying to find a new pump to sell me, but none on the shelf, ended up finding one in the back of the repair section and set me up. Then helped and pumped up the shock for me and also tightened some bolts he noticed were loose.
Y’all had already won me over as a repair shop, but the service is always a smile. My bikes had been under Junior’s care for years back at the Hurst store, but now I’ll be making the drive up to Southlake and keeping my 4 bike’s with y’all. You are always responsive, professional and do great work. My bikes appreciate you. :)
I liked all of the products in the store; however, my initial experience was not very welcoming. Several employees saw me come in, yet I had to wait quite a while before being acknowledged. I eventually had to ask for assistance myself. Once I did, the employees were very nice and helpful. liked all the products you had in the store, however, there were several employees working and saw me come in, and I had to wait a long while time just to be acknowledged, and that was not a very welcoming introduction. I had to go and ask for help, and when I did, the employees were very nice.
