The team is always helpful and friendly. We’ve had a wide variety of questions and needs and they always help us get the job done.

Southlake Trek shop is the best. They completed a lvl 2 on my Checkpoint and lvl 3 on my Fuel EX. Both came out looking like new. I would recommend their service and expertise to anyone.

Courteous, knowledgeable staff, who thoroughly answers questions about operation and maintenance of my bike. Good product selection, reasonably-priced.

Very easy to drop off and service was done in a timely manner! Nice staff!

Very friendly and knowledgeable sales associate.

Staff is very friendly and helpful. On this trip they were able to repair my tire and I found a couple items that I needed to buy.

I love the quality of Trek bikes and the skillset of the staff. I was able to find a perfect new bike and was able to kickstand, travel bag and bottle holder with ease. The staff is attentive and informative. The bike was ordered prepped and ready for pick up in less than a week. Love it!

Salesperson understood what I needed, took it to me, explained everything I needed to install it. Excellent experience

Employee helped me identify the issue (new tube) and got the replacement for me.

Product is a 10. Personnel and service is a 10 PLUS!!!!!!

Trek Southlake staff are friendly, knowledgeable and very easy to communicate with

Corey was prompt with my service and the bike came out great.

The store manager went out of his way to for my bottle cage and frame bag. After I purchased the bike he invited me to their weekly group rides, very kind and inclusive.

I initially went in for service. The team was honest and did not push me into a purchase decision. I made that choice. Then, the sales team answered all my questions, listened to what I wanted, and helped me pick the bike that suited me. They did not try to upsell me for the sake of it, which was good. I did some pre-visit research and would have spotted a bald upsell. There was a little accessory upselling, but it was not heavy-handed or inappropriate. They also gave me advice on first rides and maintenance. I appreciated it. I did notice a couple of misses. The battery that runs my electronic shifting was nearly dead. I had to swap it and would have expected it to be new. The tires were filled, but not to the recommended pressure for the first ride. I made that adjustment too. Still, they were small things, and the team told me to look for them as a responsibility of owning this bike I bought. So, it's a small matter. On balance, I had a great experience and had my first ride. I'm happy.

Warranty and repairs

Friendly. Welcoming emoloyees

I really like the lights you guys have, nearly impossible to beat in quality, performance, and price. Plus Ray Frame is so sexy, nothing like a little eye candy while your shopping

Trek products are as good as it gets. Southlake service is amazing. I brought my bike in for a minor repair and they found a crack in the frame and had it replaced within a day plus some other bonuses. I don’t remember the gentleman‘s name that helped me, but his service was above and beyond anything I could’ve imagined. Good job.

The staff was very friendly. Corey Wake was very professional. Corey advised me on what needed to be repaired & the options on products to make the repair.

Quality is amazing. I am grateful to the staff at Trek Southlake. Personable guys and made sure all my needs were met. Highly recommend this group!
