Your service is top notch. Always friendly and talkative You don't feel like you're being judged for riding an inferior bike. They will go out of their way to help do a quick fix so you can get back to riding. They don't try to sell you any product. They'll let you look then let you ask questions.

The staff was wonderful to work with, Cory spent so much time with me over multiple visits test riding for frame size, answering many many questions and was so pleasant to work with. With his help I have the perfect bike for me. Picking up the bike was a great experience as well, the gentleman that helped (I think his name was Will, I apologize if I’m wrong) was full of useful information and advice and we never felt rushed to just take the bike and go. The bike was set up, sized and ready to ride. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Thanks guys!! Oh and the bike is beautiful, looking forward to my first long ride.

I visited several local bike shops before finding this one, and none stood out—until I walked in here. From the start, it was clear this experience would be different. Will, the sales associate, was exceptional. He was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely focused on helping us make the right decision. He took the time to answer all our questions, clearly explain our options, and guide us through the process without any pressure. What set this experience apart was the level of personal attention. We felt valued, not like just another transaction. Will’s passion for bikes and commitment to great service made the entire process smooth, informative, and enjoyable. One year ago my wife and I had 2 relatively inexpensive non-Trek bikes (I ride more than she does but I can’t describe either of us as hardcore cyclists, though I enjoy it). We now have 4 Trek bikes (2 FX models and 2 carbon Domanes). This shop is knowledgeable and customer focused. They have been accommodating and eager to address service bulletin/warranty issues and make sure that things are done right (with nil prodding on my part). I am not great with names and I cringe a bit when I read reviews where customers have been encouraged to name drop. To be clear, I never been asked for a review and have never been asked to mention anyone at this shop. That said, Cory (manager) has been an amazing ambassador to the Trek brand and is extraordinarily helpful. Everyone else that I see when I enter the shop is similarly minded. I don’t know a lot about bikes (but have a reasonable home workspace and am learning). I do work in a highly specialized engineering role with a lot of aluminum and carbon fiber structures. I am also somewhat handy (used to design/build FSAE cars in college). I mention this not for ego, but simply to endorse this shop as a place where I can drop a bike off and pick it up with no concern about quality of workmanship, knowledge, or pricing/ethics. I have had experiences with luxury car dealerships and fine watch merchants that were far below the quality of experience that I’ve had here. I have a local (nearer) indy bike shop that employs good people and that I’m happy to have available (and will support)… but this Trek shop sets the bar.

The bikes are great looking and several to choose from, got 2 Slash that had some issues and still working on get them ready to go, working with Cory which is been great.

Thank you Trek Bicycles of South Lake. Junior took care of my son when we went there for a replacement of his bile's hand grips. I would recommend Treks bicycle in South Lake to any person who wants professional expert experience. Thank you!

My son and I spoke with Todd the first visit where he was very helpful and allowed us the test ride a few sizes. He gave us many pointers to consider, never seemed pushy nor rushed. Highly recommend! The second visit we met Lawerence, Todd was out at an event. Lawerence was great also, very attentive and clearly knowledgeable. We made our first purchase and left grinning 😁. I’m sure we will be back for another one or two.

I brought my Trek bike into the Southlake (Texas) store to have the chain replaced. Corey greeted me and provided excellent customer service. He put my bike on the stand and checked all the components and frame in case there was anything else that needed to be repaired. During his inspection he found that my frame had a crack in it. Since I was the original owner and with Trek's frame policy, he advised me that I was eligible for a bike replacement similar to the bike I brought in for service because my bike was no longer manufactured by Trek. He provided a bike for me to ride to find out if it was acceptable. After my test ride, he moved all my accessories onto the new bike and my only purchase was a new bike stand. I truly appreciate Corey's customer service and Trek's bicycle frame policy. Kathy Meadows
