The Staff know bikes. Particularly Trek bikes. The sales associate who helped us, WIlliam, was a real gem, He helped me get into the right bike, was friendly and filled with knowledge. My wife had purchased a Trek bike from the now closed Bedford store and received great service there as well, which brought us back to Trek this time.

Trek Southlake is very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. We have taken 2 bikes to them for repair and maintenance and they have done an excellent job. We plan to purchase a bike for our grandson for his birthday. The allowed him to try out to bike to see if he was able to ride it and sure enough he was. Se here in about a week, we will order it. If he crashes it, they can repair it!! I highly recommend this shop!
