Great customer service no matter who is working at the Southlake store. Two years ago I went to the Hurst/Bedford store and was treated poorly swearing never to return even though it’s closer than the Southlake Store. The Southlake employees understand customer service and I always recommend them!

Trek Southlakes team are great group of people. If they don’t have it, they get it and quite diligently! Friendly and easy to talk to and ask questions as they are very knowledgeable in the cycling world!
This is an outstanding bike store, the staff is friendly and was there for any questions that I may have about bike or accessories. Trek bike are my Frist choices because if you ever have a problem the shop and Trek will take care of your problem with the best warranty in the bike manufacturer market.

The experience was awesome from the time we walked into the store to the time we walked out. Super professional and they took the time to allow my daughter to test ride four different bikes. Shared which bikes were on sale and they were more than generous with the trade in. This was my 3rd purchase and I’d definitely go back for a 4th. Great store, super knowledgeable workers, and a great experience all around.
