Your people went out of their way to fill a unique request for a 5 year old Grandson on a 15 year old Trek Bike. It took some problem solving, but your crew was up to the task. I am very pleased to be able to help my grandsons issue and he gets to keep the bike he likes for a couple more years. I tried to do this @ Arlington Trek Store as I live in Mansfield. They did not seem to want the job. I am VERY happy with Southlake Personnel , PEOPLE do make the difference. I will be back when he hits 7 years old to get him a larger bike. Todd, Corey and William are the best!!!! It’s all about customer service it doesn’t matter if you have the best bikes in the world if you don’t treat your employees well they won’t like their job and it will show so hopefully you are paying them what they’re worth and they’re worth a lot. They are the reason frankly I buy track products other bikes fit my body type a lot better but because their customer service is so great they keep me coming back. !!! So keep on doing good with hiring good employees and paying them well and cut the #WOKE crap out and I think your business will get better!

Outstanding Experience at Trek Southlake! I had a fantastic visit to the Trek Bicycle Shop in Southlake, TX. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful from start to finish. They took the time to listen to my needs and helped me find the perfect solution without any pressure. My bike was serviced quickly and professionally, and it rides better than ever. I ordered my bike before it was available and before all the tech details where on the web yet. When the bicycle arrived I was amazed that it was assembled and the shop knew every detail about the unit and how everything operated. Trek products are the best selection on the market because the designs are proven and the Trek shops know the products and have them in stock. Thanks for the service after the purchase. That is what makes ownership with Trek work for me. LH
