I went to Trek Burleigh on a Thursday morning 9am… told them it’s my birthday tomorrow, and that I wanna buy a new bike as a gift for myself. They didn’t have what I wanted in stock. They called Trek Ashmore, confirmed the bike was in stock. By 11am, I was at Trek Ashmore, bike was built. The person working at Ashmore, was very friendly, understood my preferences and answered all my questions. We had a good laugh, it was a very pleasant experience and one of the happiest days of my life.
