Product is excellent. One area of service I would recommend is to provide and overview of the bike and its components and how everything works. Maybe to have a weekend class. I have had to spend time on you tube to learn the gears works and how to change a flat if that should ever arise while I am out an about.

I bought a used Trek bike. It has problems and Drew was able to spot those for me and fix a couple of them. He did not tell me to junk the bike. He replaced the front tire and I bought the $99 program. I will bring back the bike later when I can afford a new brake cable and rear tire. It was a mistake on my part to buy this bike but no one shamed me about it like the guy at Rats. I won’t go back there even though it’s walking distance from my home. Ok.TMI. compliments to Drew.

Purchasing the bike online was simple and I was contacted shortly after with an estimate as to when the bike would be ready for pickup. I was contacted again the next day letting me know the bike was ready. Everyone I spoke with was friendly, professional and helpful. I would absolutely recommend this shop to my friends and family.
