I dropped in without an appointment- immediately the bike was reviewed in some detail by Martyn- who is very knowledgable and professional and friendly. Clear information provided on what was needed and quote and timescale for the work given to me. Work then completed several days earlier than the estimate I was given. All around an excellent service

The products are obviously of high quality, but they are available from a number of places including of course on-line. The reason I would go to the Trek Store is for the service that accompanies the products. All of the staff I've come across are very knowledgeable about their products and passionate about cycling in general (much more than me), so it's great to hear pros and cons and recommendations from people who know what they are talking about, rather than just on-line reviews from the general public. Martyn has assisted my on a couple of occasions, and I've been very pleased with his help.
