I rang the St Albans store about a spare part needed urgently. Martyn soon rang back after checking he had it physically ( not just on a stock database ( Great comms!). I came to the store and they swopped it within an hour at a very reasonable charge. I was hoping to use the bike for a major event & thought my dreams were going to be shattered & am immensely grateful for the quick service & reassurance. While waiting, I took the chance to look around at their large range of bikes & kit for future reference. Even though it was 35mins away (i.e. not local) I'll definitely be back for my future bike servicing. Thanks again!

Friendly staff always willing to help, I had a flat tyre they changed the same day they also adjusted my brakes without me asking which helped. I was interested in some new bike and they were happy to walk round show me. Overall it was great service.

I recently purchased a Fetch cargo bike, I cannot speak highly enough about the service I received. Incredibly friendly helpful staff and support in getting the bike exactly right. Alex went over and above in getting everything sorted and was outstanding in keeping me updated. I'll certainly be back to buy another bike again soon from Trek St Alban's

Great product and service. Bought a P1 Madone Gen 8 .. delivered to my house by Alex from Trek St Albans and walked me through the bike. Helped connect to my Garmin and set up power meter and drive train. Bike speaks for itself .. amazing.

Advice is good and reliable. Small repairs are done while you wait. Staff are always helpful, and not patronising towards female cyclists. New bikes are expensive!
