Trek Corporation and in particular, Trek Ballwin (MO) continue to blow me away with their incredible, 5-star customer service. After my son cracked his SuperCal at the US Cup in Fayetteville, Arkansas, Trek warrantied the frame no questions asked. Six days later, we had a brand new SuperCal - and wasn't charged a cent for the build! Store Manager Brian consistently goes above and beyond to provide top-notch customer service. Whether you're looking for a new bike, supplies, or need service/repairs, I highly recommend Trek Ballwin!

I came in to buy cycle shoes for my spin class at the gym. I was immediately greeted by Eric and he helped me with my decision making. Eric was very patient with me and he answered all of my questions about the shoes and even made calls to other locations because this store didn’t have my size in store in the style I wanted to buy, I have since told everyone in my spin class about the great value I received in the store and showed them my shoes and told them to RUN not walk to the store on Manchester and take advantage of the great sale that is going on right now.

Let’s start with the easy one…. I’m hard on my bikes. I ride them like there’s no tomorrow, I use them for stress relief, a break from the world, and often the scenery and I come together (often spectacularly) I’m also a bit of a heffer (it’s poofy not fat!) which means the team AT the bike store and I often see each other… and EVERY time they are amazing, gracious, and sort things out…
The place is bloody fantastic, thank you!
