First, the friendliness of the staff and the intelligence of all the people who work there is incredible. They are truly dedicated to making your experience of caring for your bike a great one. They are honest with their evaluation of the bike when it needs service. They are good with communication. They are over 30 minutes away from my house and I definitely choose to make the TREK there due to their great quality of care.

Friendly and knowledgeable staff when it comes to service and bikes and accessories . I’ve been going to this Ballwin location for many years and never had an issue. Everyone treats me like a friend even though I am their customer. I highly recommend Trek Ballwin whether it’s for your first bike or you’re ready to upgrade.

The service was great. Eric was very helpful with fixing out bike ok the spot. We even bought a new bike there on the same visit. Eric followed up later that day to make sure the bike was still working well. Outstanding customer service!
