Work was completed on the day it was promised (you’d think that was normal, but that seems to be an issue more and more, across many industries). So I appreciate that I was given a completion day, and work was completed on time. It was also quality work.

Collin was really helpful in suggesting a few bikes that I might try and helping me understand the differences I should look out for when testing them. He also helped me pick out a few accessories and pointed out other items I could consider in the future without making me feel upsold or pressured - just like I was getting what I needed to start. The team installed my accessories and helped me adjust my helmet, and even kept the bike for a few hours so I could bring my car back with a bike rack on. I really appreciated Collin’s guidance!

Everyone at Trek Bicycle St. Louis Ballwin is absolutely awesome! We've stopped by a few times now, and every single person we've talked to has been super friendly and is extremely knowledgeable. There's zero pressure—they just help you figure out what kind of bike fits your needs and walk you through all the options. We had several great chats with Chris, and he was so helpful that both my husband and I ended up getting the new 2026 Verve 3 Gen 5 bikes! We're beyond excited to use them for our daily rides, vacations, and pretty much any excuse to hop on a bike. If you're thinking about getting a bike, I seriously can't recommend Trek Bicycle St. Louis Ballwin enough. You won’t be disappointed!

We came in after my wife's bike was stolen from our home. I wanted to replace her bike since it was a mothers day gift and she only got to enjoy it a few times. An employee named Cameron assisted us and after hearing about our stolen bike went the extra mile to ensure we were taken care of. Cameron was amazing i really appreciate all the help he provided to us. I cannot express how much we needed some human kindness after dealing with someone invading our privacy and stealing our bikes.

Actually, I can find the products at other places. For me, what makes Trek stand out is the people who work there. Everyone is so friendly and helpful. They always ask questions and make a noticeable effort to see every customer as an individual. Nice touch in a society that is often cold and impersonal.
