We came in after my wife's bike was stolen from our home. I wanted to replace her bike since it was a mothers day gift and she only got to enjoy it a few times. An employee named Cameron assisted us and after hearing about our stolen bike went the extra mile to ensure we were taken care of. Cameron was amazing i really appreciate all the help he provided to us. I cannot express how much we needed some human kindness after dealing with someone invading our privacy and stealing our bikes.

Actually, I can find the products at other places. For me, what makes Trek stand out is the people who work there. Everyone is so friendly and helpful. They always ask questions and make a noticeable effort to see every customer as an individual. Nice touch in a society that is often cold and impersonal.

We had a unique situation, we live in SLC, UT and needed to buy a bike for our daughter who was heading out to St. Louis to serve a mission. This was a last second request. We’ve worked with Grant at our Downtown Trek store here who helped get her fit and order the bike. From there he shipped it to Ballwin Trek store where they couldn’t have been more helpful. Once they got the bike they were able to build it and keep us updated with the status of the bike. Our daughter arrived in St. Louis and was able to pick of the bike without any problems.
There is a Facebook chat group for the mission and this is a common issue as missionaries cycle through the area. I’ll let the group know that Ballwin Trek is a great resource to help as needed.
There are a lot of great bikes and stores. I keep coming back to Trek due to the service we receive.
