There was a great price online for the bike rack I wanted, and it was very easy to order and pickup from the store. I even got a 10% off coupon by email. The store employees were great - they put the bike rack together and helped put it on my car. Great job!

The store employee was so helpful. He helped me make changes to my bike so that it was better fitted for me and I was more comfortable. He was very patient and had very good suggestions that I had no idea existed. I highly recommend Trek for their professionalism and knowledge.
