We got in at 6:45 before a 7pm close as part of the Black Leaders Detroit Ride4Equity. www.ride4equity.org Chris and Zach were absolutely wonderful...as always, there was some bike magic. They literally had 12, and only 12, of the bolts we were missing, the ones that got lost somewhere on the plane. But then they donated a whole bunch of their employee stash of snacks and gave us some great discounts. Truly a highlight of our State College visit before pressing on to Williamsport!

The bikes seem to be high quality and a decent value. I bought a Trek Marlin 8 which was a leftover on sale. The employee (Zach) was super helpful and answered my many questions. He also got me set up with a presta valve pump and a pump for the air shock, as well as fitted me for a helmet. There were several customers in the store at a time but he managed to take care of everyone. The store and bikes looked great but I would have to say the personal attention was the best part.

I had a great experience at the State College store getting a new bike. Zach was very helpful and got me setup with the best bike for my needs, in the price range that I was looking at. He recommended some rad pink petals and a matching water bottle holder, and my new bike looks and rides awesome! I would definitely recommend visiting the Trek store to anyone interested in good bikes and a positive buying experience.

The guys were great with finding and ordering the correct part form my Madone. I was called when the part came in and they did a great job installing the part. Now all I need is a free trip to Mallorca with a Trek Ride Camp :)
