Store staff were very responsive and helpful. They put my bike together, tested it, fixed a broken part, attached accessories, and even helped load the bike into my truck. All staff I worked with were friendly and knowledgeable.

Large selection of bikes that were well-displayed and easy to look at. Space was large and organized. But best of all was the staff person we interacted with. I've bought my 3rd Electra. All of them have been wonderful.

Ken was amazing. We are new to the hobby and he took time to answer all of our questions and asked great questions to understand our needs better. He helped us pick some amazing bikes and got them set up for us. He managed all that while our daughters played in the store and he was great with them (including helping our 3 year old pick out a new helmet). He even waited late for me to drive back to pick up everything as we didnt have enough room in our vehicle. All of this on a holiday. I can't recommend this place enough. Thank you, Ken, and we will see you again soon, I am sure.
