It’s the people that make the difference. Brought my bike in yesterday because I got a flat out on my ride, unfortunately I forgot my tools, and they put my bike in the stand immediately, no wait. It hasn’t mattered which Trek shop I go into the people are the best. Plus I like the bikes too.

My experience from the Sterling location was phenomenal; from Chris, Brian & Steve. Everyone helped me and was very professional and accommodating. This was my first ever Trek bike purchase and won’t be the last! Thank you for a great experience.

Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Customer service is top notch. Ross did a fantastic job installing the RideWrap frame and crank arm protection kits on my brand new 2026 Domane SLR7 as well as installing custom decals for the carbon rims. The bike looks even more amazing than the day I originally picked it up from my local bike shop. The service manager, Steve, was also very helpful in answering my questions and guiding me with services I was thinking about doing on my bike while I had it there. Their level of patience, expertise and focus on good quality customer service is second to none, in my opinion. I'll be sure to recommend other fellow cyclists to this location for sales and/or service.

I had a great experience at Trek Bicycle. I was greeted by the entire staff as soon as I walked in, which immediately made the store feel welcoming and friendly. Steve helped me out and he was fantastic to work with. He was extremely knowledgeable, patient, and took the time to answer all my questions. It’s clear he really knows his stuff and enjoys helping customers find the right fit. Overall, a wonderful experience and I would absolutely recommend this store to anyone looking for a bike or expert advice.

The products were fully stocked, for both kids and adults. Most importantly, the staff very very knowledgable, helpful and patient! 10/10 to the staff in the store, they were absolutely fantastic and helpful in an area I have no knowledge.
