Awesome service, Brian was extremely prefessional/helpful/knowledgeable. Gave me recommendations for local trails where I live. I had to drive an hour to make this exchange, and he lives not far from me. He even said something like "If I knew I could have maybe met you locally for this exchange" Service like this is rare these days.
