Everyone is knowledgeable, friendly, & helpful. I hate to walk into a bike shop and deal with someone who acts like they're tired, burned out, doesn't want to deal with customers and gives me the impression that they'd rather be someplace else.

Always a good selection of quality products. Brian, the manager, is obviously dedicated to his job, consistently going above and beyond to provide a superior experience. The supportive and enthusiastic atmosphere of the store is contagious. Staff is always helpful, available, and genuine. I’ve been in a lot of bike shops and you all should be proud of Trek Stirling.

The whole process was smooth. The Stirling location is beautiful. It is clean and organized. The salesperson we dealt with (I do not remember his name) was knowledgeable and was not pushy at all. My daughter loves her new bike.
