You had all the bicyles that I was considering buying based on my online research so you were a good one stop shop. Also the person who helped me out was incredibly knowledgeable and kind and down to earth which helped me with my analysis paralysis. I knew I wanted to buy that day while I was driving over to the store with my husband, but I knew also that I could get overwhelmed with the choice. The staff member that helped me was absolutely wonderful and helped me make a fantastic bicycle purchase. He even gave me ideas about some trails to ride to fit the type of bike I purchased. I upgraded to be able to expose myself to more trails instead of just neighborhood riding. Im ecstatic about my new bicycle.

Excellent client service from Chris at the Sterling, NJ location. As it was my first purchase, I wasn’t sure what to expect. But was pleasantly surprised at the fine-tuning and the overview of my new bicycle entailed. Looking forward to my many adventures on my new bike!

The guys and gals at Trek Stirling are always top form whether it's helping me find some sale bike gloves (this time) or a new bike (maybe next time, crossing my fingers?). The products are great at this shop but it's the people who make this place shine. 5 stars/10 stars/ ALL the stars ;-)
