The technician was super friendly and knowledgeable, and when I picked up my bike and mentioned that I was interested in getting another type of bike at some point, he offered suggestions and answered my questions even though I wasn't looking to purchase one right then. I'll definitely be back!

The Anchorage store was a pleasure to shop in, well informed sales associates, no high pressure sales pitches, the ability to test ride a bike in realistic conditions very useful, and the full line of parts and accessories.
