The staff have all been cheerful and helpful, and if they don't have an answer to my question they go and find out from someone else which makes me trust the information I am getting. The store is bright and well organized and it's easy to recognize staff in their cycle shirts. The products I saw and purchased all seem high quality. I look forward to having help and expertise from this store for the purchases I made.

Jeramiah was very helpful and explaining what the issue was, what they could do to fix it, and how it would be fixed. He also explained that the shop was backed up with work and gave me a realistic timeline then proceeded to get it done way earlier than expected which was great! I appreciate the team for being so nice and helpful.
