I couldn't have been treated more like family when I came back to get my bike now equipped with electronic gear shifters. From the person checking me out, to the person who helped me understand the new technology to the person helping me get my bike back on the rack to my car. Though my bike is a Raleigh, I took it to the Trek shop for service because I’ve found in the past few years that they are by far the most knowledgeable, skilled, caring, and skilled bike mechanics in town. They inspected my 15 year old bike, let me know what they found, and then replaced several parts. The result is that I once again have a bike that works perfectly and feels brand new. The guys in the service shop are absolutely second to none.
