The repair shop is my go to. I've learned how to do basic maintenance and the shop prices are affordable. I am not usually in a place to buy anything new except replacement wheels or parts. This was my first time buying something that was not linked to the repair I came in for. What I really love about this store is the service. It's not just the friendly-smiles attitude (that does help for sure), but the fact that they take the time to listen to you as a customer and figure out what works best for you. In one visit, I saved myself a bunch of web searches trying to figure out what gear could fit on my bike (panniers and bags in my case), got a solid product that can handle what I most need it to, and got the back tire fixed. They were even ready to let me walk out and pay later when their payment system was acting up. That's some trust there and I'll remember it when I save up to buy a winter bike.

I was told by a number of friends that the staff at Trek Bicycle Store were always very friendly and helpful. So I decided to give you all a try when I had questions about my bike. The staff who helped me answered my questions, took a look at my bike, and gave me recommendations. There was no push to buy anything I wasn't interested in. The turnaround time was very quick! Thank you for making my bike ready to go!
