Trek Columbia Bike shop has been a blessing to me! Dave and all the staff are GREAT! Outstanding workmanship on my bikes. I was a hard core Cannondale Scalpel bike rider, after 15 years, parts were getting hard to locate. I was looking at the Trek Fuel EX 5 mountain bike in the Columbia bike store, took it out for a ride and was SOLD!?!? Dave was very helpful and customized the bike to what I was looking for, I have never been happier!! Quality help and support from all who work there. BEST BIKE SHOP I HAVE EVER KNOWN AND APPRECIATE.

We already bought an E bike there once and when it was time to get a second E bike this is where we wanted to go, the service people are knowledgable and very helpful, as a former Customer Service manager making sure the customer is happy is paramount, this is why I already have recommended to friends if they want a bike there is only one place to go,
