Loved that we could rent the pedal assist bike. I had family from Australia, my adult son and his daughter. It enabled me to show both our wonderful bike trail system. We rented for two weeks and the bike was out riding almost every day for two hours. Generally I rode the rental and my family member rode my own pedal assist bike. I found the bike peppy, easy to ride, lots of power. I rarely rode above the first assist power. The staff were wonderful and provide everything we needed to safely ride included in our rental price. I will definitely do this as part of my families yearly visit to Canada.

Good products, low stock of sale item meant it was coming cross border and I didn't hear back for over a month. The timing of delivery is understandable considering ongoing trade issues with the US, but an update at 2 weeks or so would've been appreciated
