I'm impressed with the service at this location. The staff are friendly and helpful. The turn around time on service work on my bike was very quick. When there was a recall on my bike they called to inform me and took care of it right away.

Very happy with my purchase of the Reid city 1 bike. On sale for a great price and really like how it handles and rides. Also quite comfortable. Was pleasantly surprised as I was just looking for a low cost commuter bike. But it is better than expected. This is my second trek bike purchase as I also have the FX6 which I continue to enjoy!
