product wise I liked the ability to customize my bike to aluminum frame, but your highest end components in either XT or SHRAM. No other manufacturer seems to give your range of customization. the guys at Trek London are all super knowledgeable and keen to help. Rare for me to talk to three different staff (sales, manager and tech) and think they are all amazing. Culture there must be strong.
