I went to buy bicycle shoes and clips after my prior shoes exploded after 12 years of use! The person helping me was knowledgeable and made the experience much less frustrating than expected. She also heard my concerns about bicycling in the rain (which destroys bike shoes) and found shoe covers that were waterproof. All in all a good visit - the shoes and clips installed beautifully on my bike this morning and I'm good to go!

Very knowledgeable about products as well as the clients biking goals ( bike to work, recreational, racing). Very impressed by the staff that perform the bike fitting. Having purchased bikes for work (by-law patrol) as well as personal use, I would recommend this retail bike store.

The repairs were quickly completed, with a very comfortable price. When picking up my bike there were no added up charges, rather I was given a breakdown of why this happened and what I should be doing to prevent this happening in the future.
