Very knowledgeable about products as well as the clients biking goals ( bike to work, recreational, racing). Very impressed by the staff that perform the bike fitting. Having purchased bikes for work (by-law patrol) as well as personal use, I would recommend this retail bike store.

The repairs were quickly completed, with a very comfortable price. When picking up my bike there were no added up charges, rather I was given a breakdown of why this happened and what I should be doing to prevent this happening in the future. I've been buying bicycles and getting them serviced at the london trek Bicycle store in london ontario for over 25 years. I've recently purchased a new one ( can't wait for it to arrive). Mr reynolds has an amazing team. Whether you are purchasing a bicycle or coming in to get service on your bicycle, or shopping for other things!
