I regard TREK as the Cadillac of bikes and services. I have had an FX3 for 9 years now. I have had it back a few times for new sprockets and chains. It's still in show room condition after about 20K kilometers. I have also had service to other bikes. Again, when I get my bikes back after service, they are in brand new condition. Your mechanics know their stuff!

We bought our bikes a couple of years ago. The service was terrific. Unfortunately there was an issue with a tire that resulted in having to bring one bike back twice. The techs were great and ensured that it was sorted. Recently, we had to bring that same bike back for a broken bearing. While it was disappointing to have that happen, the techs fixed the issue very quickly and the cost was minimal. We’ve been very happy with our bikes and with the service from Trek Bikes London. If we do decide to upgrade our current bikes, Trek will be our first stop.
