At my most recent visit, I really felt like the people there took me seriously, asked the right questions, and provided good advice, based on my needs. As a woman customer, this isn't always the case, so it is highly appreciated.

I went to buy bicycle shoes and clips after my prior shoes exploded after 12 years of use! The person helping me was knowledgeable and made the experience much less frustrating than expected. She also heard my concerns about bicycling in the rain (which destroys bike shoes) and found shoe covers that were waterproof. All in all a good visit - the shoes and clips installed beautifully on my bike this morning and I'm good to go!

Fast reliable service. Stopped me from buying something I didn't need which shows a lot of honesty and integrity at the TREK store.

Staff was very knowledgeable, wide selection, really appreciate the grow-out option to get credit towards a new bike. Also had great warranties and service. Really trusted the product we were purchasing.
