Jeff addressed a concern, and was very helpful. We purchased my bike at this store, we live out of the area where the store was located. Jeff was accommodating to this. We are very happy with the service. We will definately take the time to return to this store in the future, it is worth the ride.

I have been a long-term customer - and fan - of the Trek Bicycle Store. The Middletown store is associated with Brielle Cyclery (where I bought my bike) and both stores have very knowledgable biking people. In my latest interaction, I wanted to change my road bike pedals back to mountain bike clips and to get a new pair of mountain biking shoes. (I have a much easier time clipping in with the mountain bike SPD-type clips and dual-sided pedals and this combination gives me more confidence in handling the increased traffic conditions on our traditional ride). The sales associate at the store was extremely helpful: she found me a closeout special in shoes that I will use as backup, had SPD clips installed and ordered me a pair of shoes that will become my new mainstay. She had the pedals changed out while I was at the store and I am now set to try out my new mountain bike shoe arrangement (that I used successfully before). My interaction throughout the transaction was very positive and I remain a tremendous fan of both the Trek Middletown Store as well as their shop in Brielle - friendly and helpful people in both locations!

Donna and Adam are individuals who truly understand customer service. I brought my Trek bike in for much needed brakes on Saturday, told me I would have it back by Thursday E.O.B. They found a problem with the gear shifter and fixed it also ( psst! I knew I had a problem but I wanted my bike back so I could ride it this week). Don't let them know this. My Bike was finished by Wednesday. Great People
