The experience at Trek-Middletown is always first class. The employees are super friendly and they care very much about the sport and also all types of riders and their goals. The place is very clean and put together. I enjoy walking around the store and checking out accessories.
Really overall a terrific store to visit and shop for a bicycle. 5 stars

All l can say is if your into bike riding the TREK middletown bike shop is where you want to go
If your looking to purchase a new bike they have hundreds of bikes to to chose from the manager Jeff and his staff are very knowledgable and have tons of riding experience or if your like me and you ride a lot this shop has the best mechanics in the state!
Go see for yourself take a trip to the shop look around see all the amazing products and huge bike selection and great honest people who really have one goal in mind customer satisfaction

Who ever was the service tech on Thursday may 8th 2025. That guy is a beast at what he does ! He had me in and out so fast I forgot to ask his name ! But I did thank him personally for having me in and out so fast when I needed service . Brought my bike in and he literally fixed me up in less than 10 minutes .
