I had received personal experience advice on the right gear for my bikepacking trip. The employee went through the steps of showing me how the gear would impact the feel of the ride by not only attaching for me but also stuffing the gear so it had a real feel to it. He even adjusted my seat to ensure i had a better ride. That level of experience and customer service is rare but always appreciated. Few companies do that and they are among my favorites. Glad to find another i can trust.

My little buddy who lives next door need a complete safety check on his Mongoose. Breaks were the major issue. There tech got right to work on the bicycle. He fixed the brakes, adjusted the wheels, the chain and cleaned up so it looked brand new. My little buddy was beyond happy, huge smile and grateful for his like new bicycle. When I picked up the bicycle I overheard that the waiting time was now weeks. Ah, spring and the promise of good weather.

Quality Bikes and Great Service. Have bought several bikes at the Middletown location and the staff found out exactly what my needs were and got me into the perfect ride to achieve my goals. After a bad arm injury last year, I had been thinking I needed to trade in my Trek FX5 Gravel bike that I love and buy an expensive carbon fiber road bike to take pressure off. In February 2026, Heather helped me to find exactly what I needed in a Trek Domane that would be supportive of my arm recovery at a great price point, which then allowed me to keep my gravel bike and upgrade it to be tubeless with heavier duty gravel tires and a flexible stem to cut down on impact. Left with a great solution now with a dedicated upgraded gravel bike for my heavier trail rides and a brand new ride for my longer endurance road events that I am getting into. No detail was overlooked as they fit the bike to me on-site and even walked me through body positioning changes as I transition to drop bars after so many years on flat.
