Service was fantastic. Adam was attentive, helpful, efficient, and friendly. I also observed him help a customer who was about to spend a significant amount in repairs on a bike that Adam noted may be a bit too big for the customer, and suggested she look at a new bike that was the proper size and easier to step through before they went ahead with the repairs. I will absolutely continie use Trek Middletown and recommend others do l as well.
