Service is always excellent , Martin always does a great job and takes the time to review work done on the bike with me. Products are great, I like the integrated approach Trek has making things easy and simple when adding accessories etc and found their products always top notch.

I have been a loyal Trek customer since 2018 and Rick, the manager at the Mississauga location, has ensured I remain a loyal customer. His management of the recent issues I had with my bike was absolutely fantastic! He was patient, professional, compassionate and dedicated to the Trek brand. I am absolutely overjoyed at the incredible customer service he provided as well as the caring attention from his staff. Bravo Rick!

Broke my bike chain on a ride and chain wrapped itself around the rear sprockets of the bike. Fixed the chain but it didn't feel and sound right so took it in for service. Martin, the head mechanic, saw a couple of problems right away and he also checked the stretch of the chain. Left the bicycle for service (chain replacement and light tuneup) and it was ready for pick up before the end of the day. Have been on the bicycle twice on extended rides and it feels like new again. The bicycle is so quiet and it's such a joy riding it. Shifts are precise and no more sudden switching of the gears. This has been my experience each time I have taken my bicycle(s) for service at Trek Mississauga. Thanks to the staff for the great service - effective, efficient and courteous.

What fantastic service! Everyone at this Trek store is highly knowledgeable and made our shopping experience seamless. My husband and I were in the market for a couple of road bikes and accessories and the associates at this store guided us with ease and expertise to the appropriate bikes and accessories that best suited our needs. They were honest, thorough and knew the product very well. We felt like they knew what we wanted/needed without us even having to say much! Highly recommend!
