I was impressed by the understanding and knowledge of the product and how it would best suit my needs. This is not a casual incidental bike vendor. These people know what they are selling and why and are able to convey that message to me, the customer. I was satisfied and felt like I had been served in a way that was particular to me. Niah (I hope I have her name right) was excellent as was all the staff up to and including my fitting on the bike.

Rick, from the Trek Mississauga Store, assisted us with the purchase of two Trek bikes as well as accessories and a bike rack for our vehicle.
