Very friendly and fast and efficient service. Brought a flat tire in for replacement and the service person fixed the tire in less than 10 minutes and I was out the door. I highly recommend this store!

Each time the techs are thorough. They are knowledgeable. They diagnose the issue usually pretty immediate then provide a date for pickup. They have a positive disposition also. Always pretty chill to deal with. Not like that at all the Mobile bike stores. And others are not consistent at times. Their repair rates seem to be comparable too.

The staff here has always been very helpful. They under promise and over deliver. They are very courteous and polite. Not like at Cadence, where they are rude and if you aren't from Springhill they don't care about your business.
