Really, really good guys that work there, Ben, and Kevin. Found a crack in my frame, and did all the behind the scenes warranty work to see if it really was. Even though it was not a crack, I was still happy that they had my best interests in mind. I wish I would have shaken Ben’s hand before I left, thanks guys.
The Ben and Kevin at Trek Auburn are very knowledgeable about the Trek brand. They have a quick response and turnaround time for service and customer orders. Even if they don’t have what you want/need, they’ll be glad to help you out with finding exactly what you would like.
It all went smoothly. We were given an outline of the service as well as potential finish date. The work was finished on the time we given. The work done was complete, leaving the bike in great shape.
Ben and Kevin are incredibly nice and honest. I recently had some work done—new tires, tubes, and more. When I picked up my bike, I was pleasantly surprised to pay less than the original estimate. I’m sure many other shops would pad labor costs or mark up parts to reach a higher number, but these guys charge only for what they actually do and the parts used. They even look for ways to save you money.
Great selection of bikes, too. If you need advice on which trails to ride—or which to avoid—just talk to Ben or Kevin. They’ll point you in the right direction. I send anyone who mentions needing anything bike-related straight to these guys at Trek in Auburn.
Customer service was top notch. Ben and Kevin were most helpful in explaining things snd offering suggestions for future help. And, they were both incredibly kind.
The level of service and friendliness was a relief, especially compared to the usual hit-or-miss experience at most shops. They took the time to look over my bike, and didn’t try to upsell anything I didn’t need. You can tell they actually care about the work and the people they’re helping, which is hard to find these days.
