Staff are very friendly and very knowledgeable on all types of bikes. They made me feel right at home as soon as I walked thru the door. They diagnosed my bike issues right up front and gave me an estimate on repairs that day. My bike was ready to be picked in less than 48 hours. I can't say enough good things about Trek Bicycle of Auburn! They are AWESOME!

Very customer oriented. Rare these days Employees very patient and ready to share their ideas and put into action. Nice neat store. My old Trek 7200 got a Ultrasonic chain, cassette etc cleaning...wow looks like new. These bike mechanics are top tear

Ben and the team at The Trek store in Auburn are outstanding. I've been an active recreational cyclist for over 50 years and have been to numerous shops all over the US, and I can tell you that this is one of the best out there. The folks in this shop care about the customer and put the customer first. No high pressure sales. Clear advice. Great prompt mechanical help. Excellent follow-up and communication. You can't beat 'em.
