Ben and Kevin are incredibly nice and honest. I recently had some work done—new tires, tubes, and more. When I picked up my bike, I was pleasantly surprised to pay less than the original estimate. I’m sure many other shops would pad labor costs or mark up parts to reach a higher number, but these guys charge only for what they actually do and the parts used. They even look for ways to save you money. Great selection of bikes, too. If you need advice on which trails to ride—or which to avoid—just talk to Ben or Kevin. They’ll point you in the right direction. I send anyone who mentions needing anything bike-related straight to these guys at Trek in Auburn.

The level of service and friendliness was a relief, especially compared to the usual hit-or-miss experience at most shops. They took the time to look over my bike, and didn’t try to upsell anything I didn’t need.
