This is my first Trek bike so really not sure about the product yet, but the service I received yesterday when purchasing my bike was outstanding, the sales person was very friendly and helpful, the staff in the back made all the modifications to my bike and had it out to me in a timely manner.

Trek of Auburn is very active in our local biking community and Kevin has been a fantastic couch on the ACA mountain bike team. I really wanted to support them and am glad I did. On paper trek bikes just don’t appear to be that great of a deal, similar style with similar components are up to 20% cheaper with other brands. What didn’t come across on paper is how well built the bikes are and just how great they feel. I really do love my new bike.
