I appreciate the honest upfront assessment and pricing for repairs. The repairs were finished ahead of schedule and the bike is back in great shape. It's obvious these guys are genuinely enthusiastic about the sport of biking. I'll be taking my second bike in for a similar tuneup.

Kevin was helpful, and explained the root of my trouble, and offered suggestions. I rode 12 miles with my new saddle a couple of days ago. What a world of difference! It was a thousand times better than my old saddle. When I shared that I was training for the September 35 mile Bike MS, he was encouraging me to train for more. (Maybe next year.)

Brought my bike in for some tuning up. Very pleased overall. Friendly service and cost about what I expected. Turnaround time was good. My third time using repair services and will not be my last. Thank you for all y'all do!

A very supportive service and sales team. The team completes services quickly. Additionally, they take time to talk and understand your biking goals to make sure you have the best equipment and set up. The service was awesome all together. Super friendly and helpful staff. They did a great job with my son's brake replacement and was very helpful talking with him about future upgrades to his ebike. Will definitely use them repeatedly.
