Service was amazing! I brought in my grandsons’s bike that had been run over( not a Trek) and it was not salvageable. But they were able to find us just the right used bike that fit perfectly. The staff saved our fun filled week! Then the boys fought over who got to ride the Trek!!

The staff at Trek of Auburn was great and very knowledgeable and helpful and friendly. When I received my bike I couldn't believe it was almost like new they did a great job on fixing and cleaning it. I haven't ridden my bike in over 6 years until now because of it needing work done to it. Im setting little goals until im able to really ride it. I rode it about 900 yards this morning and I almost gave out walking up to my front door. So now im going to ride every day until I build my muscle back up. Thanks for all yalls hard work ill be back.

Ben worked with us to find the right bikes for our sizes, our ages and our planned use. He had us test drive them which really helped us make the right choice. Service is excellent during the sales process!

Wow! Can't say enough about the great service from Trek! I needed a repair for a planned birthday trip so I could take my new etrike and not miss my reservation and Trek came through. Feels like they did an adjustment or two because it's pedaling smoother than before. We will certainly be back for any bike needs! A+++++ Liz Borg

Really, really good guys that work there, Ben, and Kevin. Found a crack in my frame, and did all the behind the scenes warranty work to see if it really was. Even though it was not a crack, I was still happy that they had my best interests in mind. I wish I would have shaken Ben’s hand before I left, thanks guys.
