Friendly, prompt and always great advice on taking care of my Trek. Personally I think it is a good value as well. Considering the investments some of these bikes are now, you need to step up the routine care and Ben and Kevin take that task off my list.

A simple description, and figured they would tell me when they would get to it, but Kevin said, "let's take a quick look." Turns out it was a simple clean the chain chore, which he checked out, gave me some advice and I was on my way. No charge, although I did buy the chain cleaner he uses on his own bike. I don't own a Trek, but this is definitely a great resource for any brand of bike.

First time coming in to get my bike pretty much overhauled after owning it for almost 27 years. Kevin helped us out and he was great! Really friendly and educated me on everything that needed to be done to get the bike up speed. Highly recommend Trek Bikes and service.
