I like that your products are all backed by your warranty. I recently had problems with the zipper on my Trek rain coat. The zipper would not go up no matter what I did. I brought it to the store where they said that they would put a claim in for it. In a matter of about a week I got a call that a new jacket was at the store waiting for me. Wonderful! It's because of your great policy and the fact that you stand behind your products, I don't feel the least bit hesitant to buy anything from your store. Dan K at the Aurora store is my go-to guy! He always treats me like I'm the best customer of the store! I recently also purchased some new tires for my bike and brought it in and left it to be done. I was very pleased to get a call the very next day that my bike was ready! Very nice! Thanks guys!

Bike service related to the electronic shifter not operating properly was completed sooner than projected at the estimated cost. Also inquired into updating my road bike to a gravel one down the road & received a lot of solid information on how I can go ahead with such a transition & changes I could have made to my current road bike if the battery should fail.
