Trek Aurora always has good stock of bikes, parts and apparel. Plus the service is excellent. All the guys are extremely knowledgeable and are extremely helpful. I always have a great experience when I need to visit the store.

The customer service is amazing. Both Dan and Paul were great to work with. Dan was very helpful and super knowledgeable. He answered all my questions and provided great recommendations. If you are looking for a bike I would highly recommend going to to Trek Aurora.

I love that I can purchase Trek products with the total confidence that if there's a problem or it breaks, it will be replaced. I recently had a problem where the zipper broke on my Trek cycling rain jacket and it was replaced free of charge. The Trek Aurora store is my cycling store. I have complete faith in the products and in the advice that I get from the staff. My bike is actually being worked on right now and Allan has been in contact with me to update me on the status of my repair including cost of repair and how long it will take to get my bike back. Dan and Paul are always so very helpful and I have learned so much from them about taking care of my bike. I have rediscovered my love of cycling after many years and all because of the great staff at the Trek Store in Aurora.
