I recently purchased a new Domane SL 6 Gen 4 bike dealing with Paul who was extremely helpful in outlining the multi use potential of this particular bike. It can be used as a regular road bike & also easily converted to a gravel one. Paul also outlined future options like switching to carbon wheels for road use which could lead to enhanced performance. Paul was great to deal with & very knowledgeable as I was able to bounce a number of ideas off him & get answers to my questions that were comprehensible to a non cycling expert.
I also have my 11 year old Giant Defy Advanced in for a repair for the electronic shifting mechanism dealing with Dan who has been very helpful in outlining the repair options available given the particular parts are no longer available. This matter is still a work in process.
In summary both Paul & Dan have been a pleasure to deal with.

Hours of operation make it hard to get to when open. Should stay open late on a couple days per week. Closed on Sunday makes it even harder. Be better to close on 2 weekdays for customers... most only have time to shop etc. on the weekend.
You were able to quickly solve a problem (repair a cable from the light to the motor) with my e-bike that another shop was not able/prepared to do. Work was done quickly and at what I consider a very reasonable cost
