I was buying a bike for my grandson and needed a great deal of information . The staff took lots of time to explain everything to me and my grandson. We never felt rushed and were very sure after talking with Campbell that we were getting the right bike . Someone even walked to my car and put the bike in the car for me. We will for sure be making this our go to bike store and telling friends and family about it as well.

I was looking to buy my first MTB. I shopped several local stores, and Campbell provided me the best advice. He listened to my needs and came up with the best choice of bike for me compared with the other places. Not trying to upsell me, but he suggested a small worthwhile upgrade and did a trade-up price for it. The staff at the store seem to be very knowledgeable and experienced. When I picked up my bike, I was given a good walkthrough of it, and had it adjusted to my height and weight. The only minor inconvenience is because it is a downtown location, there is only public (metered) parking whereas most other bike shops have their own onsite parking. The bike was a great value (it was on sale) and I picked up pedals, shoes and a helmet to go with it, since there was a discount with the purchase. I'm looking forward to getting on the trails once the snow clears off them!
