Bought new dual suspension mountain bike . Was helped with setting up for my riding weight etc . Answered all questions I had even the stupid ones ! Very patient and made sure I understood everything about the bikes set up. Very happy with service and definitely recommend this store.

I have had nothing but great experiences with Trek stores and the Barrie location was no different! Jeremy was extremely helpful on the phone and looked into my question right away. He was also very friendly, knowledgeable and attentive. Trek makes amazing products and you can tell their employees stand by their products and are passionate about bikes. It can be intimidating walking into a specialty bike store but Trek locations have always been SO welcoming and happy to set anyone and everyone up with the bike of their dreams. I would recommend the Barrie Trek store without hesitation.
