I am writing to share my appreciation for the excellent service I received from Chris. As a wheelchair user, I recently needed a tire changed and was turned away by several mobility aid stores. Each one suggested I try a bike shop instead. Chris was my last resort, and he was incredibly helpful from the moment I called. He encouraged me to come by and successfully completed the repair. We have officially found our go-to place for all our bike needs. A big thanks to Chris for his help!

I brought my 10 year old Specialized bike in for a tune-up. You guys did a quick estimate. Around $370. It took 3 more days than you estimated... But read on... You decided to not do all the estimated items. You instead did a few extra things. The end result was CHEAPER! than the original estimate. My 10 year old Specialized Bike was as good as new. I went out 2 days ago for a 15 mile ride. I call it "El Rio" ride thru FAU. I went faster... and was more comfortable... And less money than estimated... Could not be happier What more could you ask for ?
