Anthony made the process quick and easy. I came in, told him I saw the Trek FX 1 on closeout online. He said he could order and assemble it and help me out. He called me 4 days later with it ready and when I picked it up he continued to provide great service, even being willing to talk to me about the bike, give me tips, share more about himself once I asked, and he made the process really enjoyable.
I’d consider coming back just to have him help me out on something I could potentially figure out myself. And I love the bike!
I went in for a flat tire. It was repaired in about 15 minutes, which I thought was excellent service. I signed up for the lifetime program as I thought it was a good value.
We ordered our bike online for an instore pick up. I called and spoke to Ian a few days after we placed the order. Ian called me a few days later and informed me that the bike had arrived, was assembled and ready for pick up. I was very pleased of the speed in which my bike arrived.

Cris did a great tuneup on the Trek Domane I bought last October. He also installed a Garmin 840 and paired it with the bike. I learned a lot these past 2 hours reading the manual I downloaded- connected my phone, added emergency contacts, connected rear radar. More to learn.
