We ordered our bike online for an instore pick up. I called and spoke to Ian a few days after we placed the order. Ian called me a few days later and informed me that the bike had arrived, was assembled and ready for pick up. I was very pleased of the speed in which my bike arrived. Cris did a great tuneup on the Trek Domane I bought last October. He also installed a Garmin 840 and paired it with the bike. I learned a lot these past 2 hours reading the manual I downloaded- connected my phone, added emergency contacts, connected rear radar. More to learn.

I had to come in for some electric bikes for my boss just needed air in the tires because it had a certain type of hook up I didn't have for air Everyone there was super friendly and the one kid helped push one of the two bikes out to my truck .. I'm sorry I don't remember names but the 3 people that was working was amazing thank you very much

The rear wheel hub on my Trek was jammed. A local mechanic recommended this store and it was absolutely the best. Not only were they able to fix the problem and at a fair price, but both mechanics clearly enjoy riding and fixing bicycles. We exchanged information about rides and repairs; it was enjoyable to do so while the repair was ongoing. A great store!

It was so wonderful to have a bicycle mechanic like Chris. The issues I had with my bike were handled in a timely manner and with expertise. I do a lot of of my own work on my bike. I have the Park gag 3 alignment tool the Park torque wrenches and a lot of other items. Any issues that I can’t handle myself they will always be brought into track bikes in Boca. Thank you guys for doing the right thing

Extremely friendly and service oriented. Very helpful in selecting several bikes for the family - road bike through casual cruisers - and were dedicated to ensuring the bikes were set up appropriately making several adjustments as needed to brakes and derailers. Highly recommend!
