Product: I just bought my fourth Trek bike because of their reliability. Service: I cannot say enough good things about Cristian Rodriquez. He is professional, knowledgeable, and sincerely caring to name a few. I preach Trek to anyone that will listen, my recent Madone Gen. 8 SLR has been wonderful so far.
