I have been a happy customer of this shop since 2014. most recently, I needed a headlight and a bell. the employee, Joseph, had them installed in 5 minutes and then adjusted the bike seat for my comfort. it was everything I needed for a happy ride home.

I am very pleased with the service, assistance and guidance that I receive from Joseph at the Trek Boynton Beach store.

The guys are always pleasant and heoopful.. Gret work on My bike

joseph was great!!!! Best bike store in Florida!!!

Very happy with the purchase of my new Trek bicycle and equally satisfied with the subsequent service. Joseph was extremely helpful.

Friendly, Professional, Knowledgeable, efficient and accosting. They tried hard to work within my time frame and came through. Highly recommend. Bob

I was happy to see they did the right thing: give the customer what you offered him at the time of purchase.

Trek Boynton … Joseph was very accommodating and knowledgeable.. I love my Electra Cruuser 1 Olive … I’d definitely recommend friends and family … Thanks Tony M

Great place if you need anything for a bicycle, this is the place to go

Products: I like Trek bicycles because they walk the line between high end (and damned high priced) and inexpensive (but unreliable). Very, very good value. Ditto, the Bontrager gear you sell. Services: No matter who's minding the store when I show up, the employee(s) is always friendly and highly skilled. Always.

I think TREK bikes are excellent and having a shop(s) to support them makes it easy

The 10 is for service, which has always been good. The product, however, a Trek Solstice helmet, not so much. When I tried to adjust the straps, I discovered they were not long enough. I have both straps at their very end just to get it onto my head. There is barely enough slack that I can unfasten it. And there is no prayer of actually getting the straps arranged the way I want. So, two suggestions. First, tell whoever makes the helmet to sacrifice the 15 cents it might cost to manufacture the helmet with two-inch-longer straps. And maybe make it a practice that the customer actually fit the helmet before purchase Thanks!

Great service

My bike was ready when promised.

Store was very busy but we got the attention we needed
