This is a service oriented shop. The two individuals in the shop were honest, fair and very up front about my 2005 brand "Specialized" bike. Although they are a Trek Store they will fix other brand of bikes at a reasonable cost. They most certainly have a customer in me for as long as they are in business. I very highly recommend this shop.

Excellent customer care service. I bought a used beach cruiser bike for my 10 year old grands who has a disability and is just learning to ride a bike. She needed support (I.e. training wheels) to help her get used to riding. The folks at the Trek bike store in Boynton Beach were very helpful in suggesting I order stability wheels for this bike. The technician was amazingly helpful installing these support wheels. Today my granddaughter took her first ride and was so excited that she has asked to go out again-which of course we will do.

Amazing staff. We had three bikes repaired. The gentleman that repaired them also helped us load them in the truck. Our tonneau cover on the truck was stuck and he even helped us get it off. He went back into the shop and got a wrench and some wd40. He got the cover off for us and helped us load the bikes in the bed if the truck. HE was even able to fix my vintage Sun Bike! Highly recommend!
