Brought the bike in for a tune up. When I got the bike back, it rode smoother than when I first bought it (used). I am now going faster, with less effort, and shifting is as smooth as it can be. The shop only did what was needed, without any extra add one that were not required. I trust the people there to guide me as to the best option for keeping the bike riding smooth

I especially liked Joseph who listened to my needs and made a plan and followed through. He did quite a great and extensive rebuild of my Trek bike and had it back to me the same day! I was regretting having to ride my old bicycle-as it had been about 2 years since I stopped using it. While I was there I saw him work with a lady who was intent on buying a bike. Joseph spent a lot of time finding out what she required and made workable suggestions.
