Amazing staff. We had three bikes repaired. The gentleman that repaired them also helped us load them in the truck. Our tonneau cover on the truck was stuck and he even helped us get it off. He went back into the shop and got a wrench and some wd40. He got the cover off for us and helped us load the bikes in the bed if the truck. HE was even able to fix my vintage Sun Bike! Highly recommend!

I needed a tube replacement. Store personnel changed the tube and put the wheel back on the bike. No issues. Everyone was polite and efficient.

I brought my Trek bicycle in to be refurbished, as it needed inner tubes new cables, and a good scrubbing, The Trek technicians did all those things and more. At first, I was told I might have needed a break item but when further inspection did not. I was serviced by Anthony who did a splendid job. I felt like I walked out of the store with a new bike.

We stopped in to buy a few parts for my New to me /Used Trek FX3. We picked a new kick stand new mirror and new water bottle holder. The guy who helped us offered to put the parts in for no charge which was great because we were from out of the area and that really helped us a lot. That’s why we live Trek bicycles. No matter where you are in the country Trek is there to help Trek bike owners.Now if only I could remember his name. He had devilishly good looks ( He said he gets that compliment a lot) and had traveled a lot to South America. The guy with the tats sleeves etc he’s the best. Highly recommend this store and so far every Trek store we’ve visited. You’re doing something right at Trek keep it up.
