I appreciate the time, attention and concern from Rafael; he ensured my new Madone SL7 Gen 8 was properly fitted to include, seat adjustment, plumbing my knee and adjusting my cleats. I had complained about recent knee pain; I had only rode my Madone twice, Rafael ensure my fit was dialed in better to SL7 Gen 8 was to alleviate knee pain.

Scott Webster is an outstanding manager who consistently goes above and beyond to assist customers. When I purchased a bicycle for my teenage granddaughter, he was incredibly patient, taking the time to show her how to shift the gears and become comfortable with the bike. The Cape Coral store truly stands out - there is no other store like it. It is simply the best.
