Rafael knows everything about bikes. I came in with a flat. First thing he did was start checking the bike out. I needed a lot because I hadn’t been in for nearly a year. Today I noticed the improvement when I took my ride.

Friendly, honest and very helpful. Told me over the phone what it would cost to put new tires on my bike and that is what it cost, was in and out with in 15-20 min. with new tires on my bike! Been on 3 rides since getting them done and love riding it! Thanks for bringing the kid back out in me!

Scott and Zach were the best! I had not purchased a bicycles in YEARS and the service they provided will make me a customer of theirs again in the future. What I appreciated from Scott and his team was that at no point did I feel rushed and even when the store was getting busy and they were the only ones working they made sure to give me all the time that I needed AND they checked in on the other customers letting them know they would be right with them. I also appreciated that they spoke to me like a person, answered all my questions, and told me what I needed and did not need (even though they could have made more money). I will be coming here again!

Have been a customer for over 10 years, using the Cape Coral store exclusively. The staff is always very professional, excellent on repairs and priced competitively. Recently worked with the sales team on purchasing a full carbon road bike and 2 e-bikes. A great experience and I highly recommend them for your biking needs

Personable bicycle technicians. Provide feedback about your issues, and demonstrate the possible solutions (while performing repairs). I have not purchased a new bicycle from this store, however they have serviced my bicycles for the last 3 years. 20 minute drive, well worth the time to obtain quality service!
