Great service nice people

The Salesperson, who is also bike repair person was friendly, extremely knowledgeable, helpful and not pushy . He recommended bikes to fit my size and length, gave me tips and allowed test rides. Other bike shops did not bother asking me questions on what type of riding I intended or about my overall length of arms and legs. I hope to get much use out of purchase and recommend this shop above others.

Friendly and helpful staff

Very professional and honest service

The service provided by Rafael was above and beyond. We could not have been more pleased with the shop and his service.

I had a flat tire and it took only a few minutes for it to be repaired! I appreciate the staffs knowledge and advice.

Ralph was a big help after we blew our tube. He knew we needed a new tire and tube and installed them for us.

Quality service and advice. quick service!! Nice people!!

Customer service was great!

Their service is great! Everything is explained, there are no surprises. They do excellent work on our ebikes and we can often ride back out on the same day.

The people at Trek bike shop has done a great job on bikes I have brought in. From a full bike tune to replacing broken spokes, they have done an excellent job whichs keeps me returning.

Biking is relatively new for our family. My dad started riding about three years ago, and the team at Trek Cape Coral has been great from the beginning. About two years ago, he surprised my brother and me with mountain bikes so we could ride with him. It was a lot of fun, but it was tough finding time to get away from work and family on weekends. Over time, my dad got into road biking too. In January 2026, he asked if we wanted to go for a road ride. We grabbed our mountain bikes and did 10 miles. The following week, we pushed it to 20 miles, and by then we were hooked. The only problem was that riding mountain bikes alongside road bikes meant we were working much harder just to keep up with my mom and dad. So we eventually made the switch to road bikes and ended up completing the 2026 Tour de Cape 30-mile ride. That was a great experience 🚴‍♂️ Since then, we’ve done several more rides and even joined a local riding club. My 11-year-old son has also been enjoying riding with us, and we recently picked up a second-hand Trek mountain bike for him that’s in pristine condition. He actually gets excited whenever he hears I’m heading to the bike shop and almost always wants to come along. That alone says a lot about the environment and how welcoming the team is. We were also in this past weekend and noticed they have a sign for a youth mountain bike ride club for grades 6–12. We’re definitely going to be looking into this, as I have a feeling my son would absolutely love being part of it. It’s great to see them encouraging younger riders and building that community. The reason I’m sharing all of this is to say that throughout our journey, we’ve spoken with Scott and I believe Drew several times. They’ve provided a lot of great insight, whether it was properly fitting us to the correct size bike, explaining maintenance and when to plan for it, or even giving tips and tricks for getting on and off bikes with clip-ins. They’ve been a great asset. Sure, you might find somewhere to save a few dollars, but the relationship you build with a local shop is what really matters. We truly appreciate the support and guidance in all things cycling. 10/10 experience and highly recommend! 🙌🚲
