Top of the line. Any questions are answered completely and product is shown to us how it works. Bought my bicycle in 2020 when supplies were almost nonexistent. Fortunate to be able to purchase bike. Love it. Best bike I’ve ever bought. Will always be a customer to this shop.

The products (tires, tubes, clothing, accessories) are all reliable, last, stylish and functional. The service is beyond top notch. I go in with a problem and they treat me like I am a family member and know my bikes as if they owned them. Smart personable with depth of understanding biking and the world.

Honestly, I am a casual biker and do not know much about various manufacturers of bicycles. However, I did enjoy my experience with Scott (mgr) and his knowledge concerning bicycle safety. Specifically head gear. After our conversation I invested in two, Trek Circuit Wavecel helmets. Absolutely love them. Plus they accommodate my Bontrager Flare RT rear taillights right into the helmet. Best lights for visibility in my opinion.

I drove 25 miles past 3 or 4 bike repair shops to get to this shop based on a friends recommendation that, "the most competent bike mechanic in Florida works there." My friend was right! Icing on the cake was the friendly atmosphere and Ralphs patient explanation of what work was needed and how to avoid that problem in the future.
