the staff were so obliging , personable, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable. I Had been recommended to the store as I needed my bike tuned, repaired , a much needed service! I am so impressed with the staff and it’s because of them that the shop is the Bike store to go to. they were incredibly generous and gave me a replacement seat from a donated bike!

Staff was very knowledgeable and helpful. They transferred a bike rack from the Mt. Pleasant store and I picked it up right after I installed a hitch. They were also great at explaining how the rack works.
