I went into Trek with a flat tire and Jeff was so kind and helpful! He patiently answered all of my questions and really took extra steps to make sure my bike was good to go before I left. It was such an easy, informative, and pleasant experience that I’m looking forward to getting my bike serviced regularly!

My new bike was ready really quickly, super knowledgeable and friendly staff. Not pushy about making me need to buy additional items. Talked me through the functions of the bike that were new to me. The bike was set up, serviced and ready to ride.
