I like the Trek line of bicycles and equipment. Pat and all staff are helpful, offer good advice and suggestions, and are pleasant. Never "pushy" the way some people are in sales businesses.

Such a great experince! Pat was super accommodating and gave me everything I needed about my new bike to get out on the road with it that same evening! The day I first walked into the store, he searched all Trek stores in the area, and ended up finding my dream bike in Charlotte, then made sure it was transferred to Charleston safely. I will definitely be back and recommend Trek West Ashley to anyone who needs anything bike-related!

The staff is very personable, they get us like old friends every time we come in. My kids are at the age where they're growing into their first serious bikes, Jeff and the whole crew take care to include them in all the conversations about their bikes and generally showing them how much fun the cycling community can be.

I brought my bike in to get some new tires on and a few other things done. It was done really quick and I was notified. I got busy with traveling and work so I did not pick up the bike until two weeks after. I felt really bad but they were super nice. They also called to remind me since I hadn't picked it up. Again super nice and super professional.
