I had a hole in the tube and had just had a new tube put on in October. I rode very little during the winter so I was surprised by the hole. The person that helped me explained the problem put gorilla tape on help protect the tube from the spokes in the frame. Fixed the tire and made some other adjustments and only charged for the tube. Great Service!!

I was doing my own bike work, and by the time I got to swapping out the crankset for a new one, I stripped the threads and had to find a professional and an expert in trek bicycles. Thankfully the guys at Trek of Charleston handled it and got my bike looking and functioning as good as new. I highly recommend and will be going back the next time I make a mistake.

My bike was tuned, fixed up and now it rides very smooth. Service was performed quickly and my chain is no longer dropping. I was well informed during the entire process; this bike shop is recommended.
