I didn’t expect so much enthusiasm and help when I walked in. My fiance told me about y’all’s shops and I went to west Ashley because I live in that area. Pat immediately addressed me and helped me pick the right bike. I didn’t expect to get to ride the various ones around nor did I expect the expertise of your staff. When Pat was busy with other people when I got back from a ride Joe picked right up where Pat left off. Truly excellent experience and I’m a business owner who struggles to get good staff. Y’all are doing great. They were even enthusiastic about getting me to come ride with your groups. Just an all around joy of an experience.

Overall, great service. Really appreciate having a quality bike store in the area. Only comment is that the cadence magnets on the crank keep getting left off after service (this was the 2nd year it had happened). Since it's a nuisance take the pedals off, it would real good if this was corrected.

Trek bikes have always been a good quality company. Trek store, the one I went to, has an awesome customer service. Very knowledgeable. Knowing the bikes information and specifications sold us on bike we ended up getting.

My experience with Jeff over at West Ashley location was wonderful. Jeff took some extra time to help me pick the proper bike carrier for my needs and help me adjust my bike to the proper height so I could ride it better and easier.
