Last November, I purchased a new Trek Domine Gen 4 Road Bike from your West Ashley, SC. While on the 30-day warranty, a spoke broke on the back wheel. To date, 5 other spokes have broken and I’ve paid the fist to replace them! I inflate the tires to 45lbs, but the spokes have continued to break! I feel the wheel is defective. I ordered a 34-spoke back wheel last week, at a cost of $175.00! I think the wheel is defective! Thank you, [NAME REMOVED]

I was going on vacation. My new bike was too long for my bike rack. Pat let me use one of the Kuat racks that would accomodate my new, longer bike. No cost. He just wanted to alleviate my stress. Greatest guy ever. Please go there for your bicycle needs. They are amazing.

The Charleston Trek store has a lot of bikes to choose from and really friendly & knowledgable staff who take the time to both educate and help you find what you need. I'm looking for a bit faster bike and was showed some options and even given the opportunity to test them out in the parking lot. I also found some products I hadn't thought I needed, but now think I do. Ha ha.. Who knew! I love the bell testers on the checkout counter. I'll be back.

Have been in the store on a few occasions, and each time staff members are friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. Recently dropped off my bike for some maintenance and repairs. I'm very satisfied with the quality of work, the attention to detail, and the timeliness of the repairs.
