Very attentive sercice and knowledgeable team. Not only did the team make sure I got all of my questions answered they were super helpful and pointed out a bunch of stuff I had not thought of. The bike was assembled and ready to go a week early. Really great service.

Everyone is so friendly, knowledgeable and this store has a nice variety of biles, accessories and apparel! The other day I called the store and spoke with Joe who was so helpful, patient and compassionate after I told him about replacing a jersey that we bought there in May! My husband had a biking accident and even though he is fine other than road rash the shirt didn’t make it! He spent a lot of time sending me pictures and making sure it was the right one and walked me through the shipping process! So grateful and we will definitely be back the next time we’re in Charleston! 😊

Everyone was very helpful. I’m new to cycling and triathlons and the staff were very friendly and helpful and not trying to over sell anything just to make a profit. They told me about different group swims and triathlons happening in Charleston and also helped with recommendations for different prices of gear

Knowledgable, friendly staff took good care of my bike and retuned it to me in a timely manner, much appreciated. I had a level 1 tuneup plus a new chain and the bike felt brand new. I am happy it is located not far from where I live and don't have to drive into Mt. Pleasant or Charleston. I will definitely be returning for tuneups on a regular basis.
