I've been feeling old and what a difference a Domane makes - flying like the wind. Kudos to Jeff for taking the time in helping me select a bike and the accessories like shoes and pedals. He is veery knowledgeable and handled my naive (stupid) questions with ease. He then assembled everything which saved me a load of time. I'm rarely impressed with anything, but found the service top drawer. Can't wait to get the cardio down so I can go on some long rides with the Trek folks in town. Again, awesome service!! So impressed:-)

Pat and the guys at the West Ashley (Charleston) location are always super nice, extremely knowledgeable, and always happy to answer any questions. Always a positive experience when visiting the store. I do my own wrenching, but on those occasions when I’ve needed help from the pro’s, I’ve always been more than pleased with the results. Can’t recommend enough.
