I recently purchased a Trek Dual Sport+ from Trek CLT North Huntersville, and I’ve been thoroughly impressed with both the product and the service. The bike itself is incredibly versatile—perfect for commuting, fitness rides, and light trails. It’s smooth, responsive, and the pedal-assist feature adds just the right boost when I need it. The staff at the North Huntersville location were knowledgeable, friendly, and took the time to make sure the bike was properly fitted and that I understood how everything worked. The whole experience made me feel confident in my purchase and excited to ride.

Great service. Marci is a friendly and knowledgeable staff member who helped me figure out what type of bicycle would best suit my needs. David got my bike all set up and fitted it perfectly to me. I couldn’t be happier with my selection. The quality of the product is fantastic and it is so much fun to get to ride my bike WITH my kids (instead of chasing after them on theirs). I’m looking forward to riding my bike for years and years to come.

This was my first time visiting the Huntersville location ( I normally shop in Mooresville). When I walked in I was greeted immediately. All the associates were very friendly and helpful and I quickly found what I needed (Conti GP5k @ 32m). Had some nice bike chat with the team as I was checking out and was on my way. Overall, a very positive experience.

The issues with the bike were significant with respect to the battery from Bosch and the controller. Trek stood behind it and were persistent on handling the problem and making sure I was kept aware of the progress. They made sure that the expenses were handled under warranty and were professional in the complete transaction. When the repairs were completed, the bikes were cleaned well and the repairs fully explained. Austin was excellent. From start to end. Would buy again.

Good staff, I don’t remember the guys name (tall guy, really nice) but he helped me get a helmet and gave me some solid tips on how it should be worn, as well as the replacement policy. Definitely would recommend this place to anyone looking for biking supplies.
