Good staff, I don’t remember the guys name (tall guy, really nice) but he helped me get a helmet and gave me some solid tips on how it should be worn, as well as the replacement policy. Definitely would recommend this place to anyone looking for biking supplies.
I came into the store knowing I wanted to buy a bike but didn't know a lot about TREK bikes. Dan took the time to learn my riding expectations and fit me to the perfect combination. Dan represents your store and products with extreme passion.
Attention to detail. Willingness to take customer feedback and verify running condition of the newly assembled bike. Made offers of "additional potential needs" but was not overly pushy when I declined
I just purchased a bike for the first time in 30 years and Marci helped me pick out exactly what I needed for the type of riding I would be doing. In addition to recommending a great deal, she explained all of their services and made the entire buying experience easy. I highly recommend visiting Marci, David and the rest of the Huntersville staff if you are looking for a new bike.
Great products, great customer service by the team at the Huntersville location! They were patient with my wife and I as we looked at several models and went the extra mile to make sure that what we ended up choosing was right for us!
I had a top shelf experience with Marci in the Huntersville store. I called to see if they had stock on a Damone I was on the hunt for. She checked and confirmed, and I swung by an hour later.
Prequel, I'm not your typical rider (at all), I'm a meathead, ride flats on a road bike and while I am middle aged have only been actively biking for a couple of years on a MTB. Road bikes have always intrigued me, but my previous "visits" to other stores have typical salespeople skimming over me as I definitely don't look the part and the whole process was daunting.
From the moment I walked in, I could tell the vibe was different. Marci was so cool, showed me the bike in detail, answered every question (including the novice ones), had a great attitude and then even let me take it to the local greenway for a test drive. As a business owner, I've bought countless vehicles, equipment, even real estate and never had a more enjoyable buying experience.
In fact, unlike most purchases, I had her outfit the bike with her suggested accessories, which historically, like most, I'm chasing a bargain on Amazon for the frills. In this case, she was so informative and had such great advice, that I welcomed spending more to get top shelf service.
Their tech installed everything and was also super cool, I regret I didn't catch his name but he was beyond pleasant, which is unusual for some bike techs.
Added bonus, the bike is a rockstar. It's the Domane SL5, carbon fiber. Light as a feather, quick as lightening and arguably more comfortable then my more upright full suspension XC bike.
If you are looking for a Trek, go see Marci.
I like the people helping me at the Huntersville NC location. They are always pleasant and friendly and ask questions about what type of cycling I do and if I’ve ridden lately.
