I bought my son's bike on a Thursday. They needed to build it for him (understandable), and said it would be ready late Friday. We had other plans on Friday and Saturday (the store closes at 5 pm on Saturdays), so my son feared he wouldn't get his new bike until Monday. Which is an eternity for a 13 year old boy to wait for his new bike. Well, our Saturday plans changed so I took a chance and called the store at 5:55 on Saturday (because I thought the store was open until 6 pm) and asked if they could stay open a few minutes longer so I could pick up his bike. They said, "How far away are you?" I said, "15 minutes." Long story short, the store stayed open over an hour later just so my son could get his new bike for the weekend...and he's been on it ever since. Thank you!
