Customer service hands down. Bikes are great. Helmets are great. I’m super impressed with the equipment, but the customer service I received at Trek of CLT North on Rose Commons was stellar. I really can’t emphasize this enough. The level of service I received will keep me buying Trek forever. Those people took such good care and were so helpful and informative and just really great people to purchase a bike from. They need some kind of award for their outstanding performance. It really was a whole rung above good service you’d expect from Trek. It’s always great but these gentleman were next level. Hats off to them and a huge thank you.

No charge diagnostic. Tech was honest and up front. Couldn't find any issues and did try to charge me for services I didn't need. Great customer service!

The staff is always very friendly, helpful and eager to answer any questions we have about products for my teenage son who is getting into the sport of mountain biking. Couldn’t be more pleased.

Very helpful when I was looking for tires, inner tubes, and a chain for my old mountain bike. Had everything I needed or was willing to lookup items online. Nice to be able to buy parts at a brick-and-mortar store

Love my bike, it’s my first bike that I have started investing on to get into cycling and going in to see what Trek had to offer was overall a great experience. From the Minute I rolled my Bike into this Shop and until Marci rolled ut out ( I hope i spelled her name right) it was a First Class Experience the whole Ride. They explained everything and never talked over my Head or Down to me which was so Ethical and professional. Marci was si Helpful in a Gracious Solo mode with helping me load and secure my Bike. I would definitely make this Shop my First Consideration anytime in the Future.
