It was easy to buy our bike. Quick and friendly. Reason I didn’t give a 10 is because i came back 2 days later to pick up my $700 kids bike and was in a hurry. They then had to do a check of the bike then started upselling me on accessories. I discovered I bought a $700 bike for a kid with no kickstand?! Had to pay $30 to add it at the pick up time. That just really took away from experience for me.

We wanted to go into a bike store to be helped by experts. We were extremely pleased with the people, service and products at the Trek store we went to. They allowed us to return our original e-bike purchase when we got them home and they were not a good fit for us. They accepted them back with a smile and helped us select the next ones to order. They could not have been better.

I had a great experience purchasing a used Trek Marlin 5 Gen 2 from the Charlotte Trek store. The rep was friendly, conversational, and really easy to work with. He let my son take the bike for a test ride in the parking lot, which made a big difference in feeling confident about the purchase. The whole process was smooth, quick, and stress-free.
