Need a couple of chairs either inside or outside to sit down. If Grandparents or any older individuals come to shop with someone, no place to sit down.

The communication was great. The service was faster than expected. The work was exceptional. I also thought it was going to be a lot more expensive but I feel the work and price was fair. I think the relationships built with your customers makes the difference. We will be back soon to have our other bike updated.

I brought my bike in for my 1 year free maintenance. Hansel took care of me. He performed the maintenance on the spot and test ride the bike. He talked with me about an issue I was having and was very helpful.

Exceptional service, quick and friendly. As a smaller store, the product selection can be limited at times, but still worth the trip to the store when I'm looking for something. Wife and I purchased very little on this last trip, but the staff nevertheless installed her new tire tube for free. Nice gesture which was noted.
