Doug who owns the shop I went to was great to work with. He took the time to understand my background before putting in a bike that I would have been bored with in a year. His knowledge is extensive and I felt like as a customer who has been out of the cycling world for 10 plus years he brought me right back into it and got me up to speed.

Here is my feedback regarding my recent experiences at your Ballantyne location.
Two weeks ago, I visited the store with my family intending to purchase a new bike. Unfortunately, the associate behind the counter was engaged in a personal conversation and she did not acknowledge us, despite our efforts to make eye contact and ask her a question. Since no other staff were available to assist, we eventually left.
I decided to give another try and returned yesterday, July 29th. During this visit, I was assisted by Tyler, who provided exceptional service. He was professional, patient, and knowledgeable - taking the time to answer all my questions and recommend the right bike for my child. I left completely satisfied with the interaction.
Trek is a fantastic brand, but customer experience relies heavily on the front-line team. Even a quick acknowledgment such as a simple 'I’ll be right with you' makes a huge difference when entering a store. I hope this constructive feedback helps, and I want to extend my thanks again to Tyler for turning my perception of the store around.

I've always loved Trek bikes and never owned anything else. Very reliable and good value for money.
The customer service is excellent, and the team in Trek CLT South were a cut above. Extremely knowledgeable, patient, and generous with their time to ensure I got fitted properly and walked out of the shop with an exceptional bike.
Huge shout out to Doug and Ang for their time and professionalism, from order through to bike pick up, there were incredible.
