Your staff are great. I bought my bike there and get it serviced there.
I’m slightly frustrated that service takes longer than it should. I dropped my bike off Monday and said I’d be back Friday and it was not worked on until Monday mid day the following week. I feel like the work was rushed which is frustrating to me because the bike and the service are a premium price.
Tyler was very accomodating and patient especially in dealing with my unusual request and was especially pleased with the prompt shipping. It was a pleasure working with you and your team and am very happy with the service you provided.
VERY kind and knowledgeable employee! I had a concern about my helmet and the Trek employee (I believe it was Jacob) helped me with trying on other helmets and then adjusting the one I selected for an excellent fit. He also helped me find gloves! 10 out of 10!
