I have a 12 year old Madone 5.9 and brought the bike in for their Level 2 service In addition, my Bontrager cycle computer stopped working. After some digging, the good wrench folks at Trek S CLT found a newer model that ft without rewiring. I'm happy to say they went out of their way to solve a relatively minor problem. These guys are THE best.
