Enjoyed trek bikes and service. A little disappointed on how long they took to fix bike. They didn’t really say why it took so long. Also, had to call about when the bike would be completed after the date they told me it would be finished. I still will be back for service.

Excellent service. My daughter and I love our TREK bikes. The staff is so nice and helpful. We recommend Trek of CLT South to all our friends. We wouldn't buy a bike anywhere else. Excellent product, and we'll be back when we're in the market for another bike. This is our 3rd from Trek of CLT South and we couldn't be happier. We bought our bike rack their too, and it rocks!! The tech was awesome! Forgot his name but he had a killer beard. Looked my bike over and gave me great advice and charged very little to repair my tire and get me rolling! Will be a customer for life.
