Every time I go I enjoy the staff. Very professional, so nice and so fast. They not only fixed what I needed on my bike while I waited (Less than 10 minutes!) but they spotted a few other issues I didn't know about & fixed them. - I not only would recommend them to my friends, I would take them there. Thanks

Jason was excellent, Todd as well. We are mountain bikers and are venturing into Gravel bikes in 2026. Jason took his time reviewing our needs, making suggestions and giving us options. Todd took time as well teaching us to use the apps and bike maintenance. I highly recommend these guys!!!!

Staff was very knowledgeable about indoor cycling shoes and provided guidance on what type of shoe to get for a beginner rider. Fantastic service installing cleats right away.

The guy that helped me was very helpful and knowledgeable. I’m a moron and certainly a target when I have a pocket full of cash and a brain full of air but he got me what I needed and got me pointed in the right direction. He had a ginger beard (I can say that because I have one too - represent). Great employee. Promote ahead of peers.

I’m a recent amputee who returned to cycling with the use of a prosthetic limb. I really needed a new road bike and went to see Angie who I know from years of riding together in the South Charlotte area. Not only did Ang and her team sell me a sweet bicycle, because it was gently used, they serviced the bike while I waited and also made sure my batteries were charged for my Di2 shifting. These things mean a lot at 20mph on one leg.🤭 Angie and her team are the best and I recommend them to anyone looking to purchase ANY kind of bicycle.🦾 f.o.
