The Ballantyne Trek Store has been a great match for our club team. I love working with the manager, Angela (Ang), as well as a variety of the staff and mechanics on both maintaining existing bikes as well sourcing parts for new bike builds. Even though my wife and I are in Rock Hill now, it's a short drive to receive great, friendly service from a team that really seems to care about their clientele. Plus, there are numerous rides, such as the 6pm Wednesday ride, that become a meeting spot for faster group rides and post ride get-togethers!

Once again, Chip and Fletcher did an amazing work on my bike. I have always admire the attention to detail that these guys put into their daily work. Also, I can't leave Angie out of the complement since she manages that store with always a super great attitude and with the consumer in mind all the time. Highly recommend this bike shop, whether you are shopping for a new bike or getting your bike tune up for your cycling adventures.

Superb customer service! The staff at Trek South Charlotte goes above and beyond, even when the store is busy, which seems to be quite often, so they must be doing something right! Everyone is friendly, helpful, and genuinely committed to taking care of their customers.
