Trek service department listened to my requests for a service tune-up. I was very happy with the bike after the service was complete and they even replaced a battery I didn't realize I needed. I would recommend the store and service team.

Each and every employee I spoke with was very friendly and helpful. I know very little about bikes, but the employees helped me decide on what to purchase and I'm very happy with my experience.
A favorite So Charlotte Trek store in this side of town. Staff is great particularly Ange who is such a personality plus and knowledgeable enough to do quick repair or replace stuff.
Fletcher was very helpful and resourceful. He repaired my MTB Presta valve having offered 2-3 options. Technical ability, availability and effective communication, to me, are equally important.

It was easy to buy our bike. Quick and friendly.
Reason I didn’t give a 10 is because i came back 2 days later to pick up my $700 kids bike and was in a hurry. They then had to do a check of the bike then started upselling me on accessories. I discovered I bought a $700 bike for a kid with no kickstand?! Had to pay $30 to add it at the pick up time. That just really took away from experience for me.
