Outstanding customer service. I had taken my bike to several shops to upgrade from coil shocks to air shocks. All other shops shut me down. Your team understood exactly want I wanted to do and even more, knew the exact parts needed to upgrade my Trek bike. Parts ordered. I hope to give another great report after the work is complete.

We drove from Rock Hill to Charlotte in search of the right bicycle for my sixteen year old granddaughter. The young lady who greeted us, as we entered the store, was very knowledgeable and very helpful. After trying out a couple different bikes, we decided on one that was still in the box. It was assembled and ready for a test ride and pickup the next day. 🤗

The store manager, Ange, was incredibly accommodating, communicative, and her sharing her knowledge of all things bikes convinced us to make the three hour drive to Charlotte in order to purchase our Trek Powerfly 9 ebike and our Domane SLR 6 ebike.
