Bradley was very helpful in the service of my mountain bike...........He did a great job of explaining my options. (not to mention, he has my older bike dialed-in perfect). He was prompt and delivered great customer service. From my experience, most bike shops (anywhere in the city) are arrogant and rude when they are discussing options and repairs and that drives me crazy, especially since I am bringing my bike in for service. Bradley was very sharp, informative and spent the time to help me out.
