I had been contemplating getting a E bike for some time. Our sales person was very knowledgeable in the different kinds kinds and styles of the bikes. I left with exactly what I was looking for. The service is always excellent. The techs know their business and are very fast. I previously wrote a similar positive message, but I also wrote a negative one regarding being able to have my bike picked up and delivered only two days per week (Mon and Wed). However, I received a direct call from the manager within an hour or so - a very impressive response! He corrected the information I was given in the past and assured me there were three levels of pick-up/drop-off service to accommodate anyone needing such service on days other than Monday and Wednesday. This was NOT what I was told when I visited the store recently, nor when I brought my bike in over a year ago. The manager personally corrected any misconception on my part and assured me that the service exists, even quoting prices based on distance from the store and a willingness to allow a mile or two over the 10-mile limit for the lowest price. A generous offer, but we probably live close to 4 miles from the shop, qualifying for a fairly low pick-up charge. Regardless, the manager's outreach was appreciated. Hence, I've changed my evaluation of the Estero store to a 10. Ken LaSorella

Your products are known to be more expensive than others however also know to be of superior quality. I went to the store in Estero because I found the staff to be competent and professional. The young lady, Elvia Franco that helped choose the correct size and model bike was able to do so because of her attentiveness and competence. She also helped me to choose accessories. The young lady is an invaluable asset to Trek.
Everyone is nice and friendly. Dropped off my Schwinn bike for tubes and tires, and a tune up.
They had it ready the next day! And an even nicer surprise was the gear shifter was working better than it had in years!
