I knew I wanted to purchase the FX1 going into the store. Dominic was awesome to work with. He helped me size the bike, showed me a few other options when I asked (didn't push anything, responded to my needs, answered my questions about different models). The bike was ready a week early and Dominic helped me get the seat position right before leaving the store, get a water bottle holder on it, etc. I didn't feel like I was a burden or being rushed. Everyone was so cool and nice and happy to help. I don't want to have to service or repair my bike :) but also I can't wait to go back when I need something.

Trek products speak for themselves, but I was very pleasantly surprised with the staff at the Estero store, they are up to Trek's excellence and more. Very nice, attentive, knowledgeable, and helpful. I could not have asked for a better purchasing choice, with both the brand and the store!
