Simply, just nice people to deal with. Every time I have walked into the store, from the first time to pick up my new bike to the return visits to look for advice or to request a tweak to the bike, the service has been friendly and the outcome excellent!! I had purchased a new bike for my daughter and hired a man from Angie’s List to assemble it. I noticed he hadn’t done a good job. The steering of the handle bars did not move with the front tire. The bike wouldn’t reverse manually. I took it to Trek shop and the gentleman there was very helpful. I didn’t get his name, but appeared to be Latino. He helped fix the bike, the steering, seat adjustment, and seat height, he filled the tire with the correct amount of air. I took advantage of buying a few things for the bike while I was there. After finishing with my purchase. He helped me load the bike into my truck. The service was excellent. I would recommend it.
