The two people in the store handled my request about buying a new bike pump very professionally. I mentioned that my existing pump was difficult to attach to the presto valve on my bike. The person then showed me how easy it was to use the new pump on a bike in the store. This gave me confidence that I would be pleased with the new pump (and I am! it works so much better than my old pump!)

I needed pink bottle cages for the customizations I'm doing on my fixie/single speed. Its been hard to find the right shade of pink bottle cages to match, and the Bontrager bottle cages in Vice Pink are close enough. Ship to store option is great if you're out of town often and dont want packages sitting around while you're away.

The TREK Fort Lauderdale has been a reliable shoppe since first opening. Purchase 3 TREKs over the years and often visit the store. Miss some of the staff as staffing changes pretty often. None the less, I will be a customer for a "long" while.
