Bizmark and Millie made my experience a positive one. They both made me feel like I mattered. I purchased a bike that had to be brought to the store and I was able to get the bike I wanted. It was nice having a neighborhood to properly test out the bike how I typically ride. I also appreciated being assisted with the accessories needed that also were brought in for me. This is my neighborhood bike shop and I also use your tube replacement program. I only wish TREK had a bigger presence in local rides and cycling events.

From the moment I walked in I was welcomed and helped out with one of the bikes a few minutes later checked out. I had brought both my kids Trek bikes and the next day they were ready. He helped me to my car with one of the bikes and was just so nice and professional. Great bikes and even better service. Thank you Trek of Fort Lauderdale (Sunrise Blvd)
