The staff is great. They’re very polite and professional while tending to me and my Trek. I can tell they stand by their products any services with dignity. I didn’t feel pressured to spend any more or less than I was comfortable to have the desired services completed. I’m new to the Trek clan but I hope to be a part of it for many years to come. We really enjoy our Mt Bikes and the service plan we use w Trek on Dani Street in Fort Myers is like getting brand new bikes back each year. The skills and care that the team does on the cleaning and tune up are priceless. Thanks for taking such good care on our machines, so we can enjoy getting out and enjoying the great outdoors.

You listen and help the customer make the best decision.
