The tech behind the desk that helped me on Sunday is really great and informative. He gave me some tips and tricks for regular maintenance and I found that very appreciative. We were talking about torque values for the bikes and it was great to see that the attention to detail is there when bikes are being worked on.

Although there was a snag in getting the bike I ordered for my wife, the store manager made things right by offering a free service and adding a water bottle and cage to the bike. I respect that Trek Fort Myers fell on the sword and did what they did to make me feel like a valued customer.

Your service was amazing! Went in for a flat tire repair expecting to drop off for a later pickup. I’m sure I looked a little surprised when he said it would be a few minutes. I said like how long? He said five minutes! Thinking to myself “I’ll bet”. Probably only took him 4 minutes! Great job!
