Although there was a snag in getting the bike I ordered for my wife, the store manager made things right by offering a free service and adding a water bottle and cage to the bike. I respect that Trek Fort Myers fell on the sword and did what they did to make me feel like a valued customer.

Your service was amazing! Went in for a flat tire repair expecting to drop off for a later pickup. I’m sure I looked a little surprised when he said it would be a few minutes. I said like how long? He said five minutes! Thinking to myself “I’ll bet”. Probably only took him 4 minutes! Great job!

The team at Trek in Fort Myers was incredible. I originally ordered a bike that was sold out almost everywhere, and although it showed as in stock, they called me a few days later to let me know it was no longer available. Instead of leaving it at that, they went out of their way to offer me a different color—and I couldn’t be happier with how it turned out. The whole experience really showed their dedication to customer service, and I’m extremely grateful.
