Good, kind and professional guys, that represent your company! I was impressed. Just fyi…I did find a loose black cap, Near handle bars, maybe where they checked a fluid??? Thankful I found before it vibrated off and lost & spilled fluids!

I always get top notch service from the Trek store in McDonough. My wife’s Lectric brand e-bike had a broken Shimano shifter. They replaced and adjusted it to properly shift in all gears. Very reasonable price and it was ready in about a week. Highly recommend this shop.

I had a great experience at the Trek store in McDonough, Georgia. The staff were super friendly and helpful. I have seen Trek bicycles in many of my family and friends garages. I have not heard any complaints about Trek products. We purchased a new dual sport number three bicycle. The ride is as smooth as silk.

Everything was completed in a timely manner which was not that easy since many folks had dropped off bikes to be repaired. Also they found a cheaper part then originally planned and the cost went down. I will bring the bike back again for an overhaul in the winter.
