When I arrived early for a bike fit appointment with Nick Groebner I was greeted by Jack Brown. Jack gave me a quick tour of the store and asked questions about my riding experience. He offered me any assistance I needed and told me about a bike raffle for a good local cause. Nick set my bike up for the fit and gave me some great insight on the customized Specialzed Tarmac SL 8 model bike I purchased used from an individual. He was extremely complementary on my bike and couldn’t say enough nice things about it. I appreciate that coming from a dealer that doesn’t sell Specialized. Nick sold me a pair of shoes and the shop did a new wrap on my handlebars while I waited. Then I met Woody Morgan.. the icing on the perfect cake. He told me about some local rides with Southern Crescent Cycling. He was highly knowledgeable about this industry like Nick and Jack. All said, I made 3 new friends! Oh yea, I bought 5 raffle tickets too! Thank you for a wonderful experience and a great bike fitting!!!
