I was not happy with the 3percent card fee. That always gives me a bad taste,,,,especially on high tix purchases / repairs. I understand there’s a cost to you for cards ….there is also a cost for cash handling…..counting, bank runs, thefts . Card fees I feel should be a part of doing business and or “built” into overall prices. Another thought vs an upcharge….maybe a cash discount,,,,.still charging more for cards,,,.but a better taste in my mouth. Just my opinion

Very helpful and knowledgeable. The staff invited my 11 year old grandson to participate in mountain biking trail races. He is so excited. The product is solid. Thomas rides everyday and every bike we have purchased has broken or fallen apart. I feel confident now that this bike will be with him until he outgrows it. Also I love the services they provide for upkeep. Really nice!!
Fantastic customer service! I called on the phone and received a link to make payment and came in a couple days later and picked up my bike rack. It was assembled and a quick lesson was provided and how to use it
