I had the most pleasant experience treating myself to a comfy cruiser for my birthday. As I initially walked up to Trek (Mt. Pleasant location), I noticed tons of wonderful cruiser options staged out front and pretty immediately decided on a classic Electra cruiser. Robby (sp?) was wonderful in helping me special order one from the Savannah store in a particularly gorgeous Hibiscus Pink colorway, and it was ready for me to pick up - complete with fabulous basket installed on the front - in 48 hours. Such amazing customer care, zero sales pressure environment and quality products in a gorgeous array of styles and hues. I'll be back for tune-ups, accessories (hello, rear fenders!) and bikes in the future.
