Erik was an incredibly patient resource as he helped us to find the best electric bike for our family. He answered questions on the phone beforehand and then walked us through options in the store. Had a terrific experience. The team was terrific, took their time with us and we bought four great bikes. Delivery went great as well. Took our bikes for a ride to the beach for the first time yesterday and it was great. Very very pleased.
