I haven't ridden a bike in several years and was initially overwhelmed at all of the options available. My main goal was to be able to ride comfortably with my kids. I'm so glad I actually went to the store to test out options. Pablo and Mitch were so friendly and helpful in helping me choose the right bike and the right frame height. Mitch came out in the parking lot and watched me ride to help determine my size and adjust the handlebars to be able to find the right posture.
On the day that I picked up my bike, Bismark was really helpful as well in adjusting the handlebars, putting on a kickstand, and answering my questions. Pablo helped load my bike into the car as well.
I was very impressed with the total experience and highly recommend this store and the staff!

I called ahead of time to see if they would be able to assist me with fixing my left pedal. As soon as I pulled up, the door swung open and I was greeted with a huge smile. The guys that work here are super friendly and cool. I knew I need a helmet for my new bike and I was able to try on the sample helmet for size. I walked out with my bike fixed and a new helmet. I saw a coupe of items that I’ll need for my future ride, so I’ll be back. Thanks again!!

We worked with Pablo even though he isn't salesperson, he stepped in to help us while the salespeople were busy. I very much appreciated his help. He knows everything there is to know about bikes and was very helpful in assisting me with my decision to buy both my husband and my bikes. Super nice, personable, knowledgeable.
Bikes a priced according to the market. They carry quality brands.
I would definitely recommend this bike shop 100%.
