I wanted a pair of bike shoes for spin and got a lot more! Information about changing pedals on my bike for races. Scheduled sprints. The gentlemen that helped me get what I needed I’m sure were exasperated because of my lack of knowledge but we got the job done! I have 2 other stores closer to my home, but they earned my business! I have the flat tire warranty and when I went in the other day the guys were helpful getting by bike back on the road. I also learned about the ride club and one of the associates helped us set it up. Always friendly helpful employees in the store.
