Emily went out of her way to help me. My e-bike had a busted tire and I was not able to get it to the shop by myself. (I did not know how heavy an e-bike is). She picked up my bike and brought it back home to me after the repairs were made. I really appreciated how helpful everyone at the shop was. Also had my e-bike serviced. Thank you for taking care of me and my bike.

Customer service was above and beyond, I’m disabled and their tricycle far exceeded any other with comfort and quality. Would recommend their bikes to any rider, whether riding the Tour de France or a leisurely spin.

I have another brand E Bike and took my bike to Trek in Peachtree City as I had four broken spokes. I found the service dept to be top notch as they were very helpful and prompt with repairing my bike. Their rates are very competitive and I highly recommend taking your bike to them for services.

The customer service at this location is amazing! Recently, my bike had an issue that prevented me from going on my early morning ride. The repairs were completed within an hour allowing me to get my ride in. These guys are the best!

Very nice staff, imo they understand what their customers want and need! And it’s great to have a good local bike shop around. Their bikes are all high quality and they got a nice variety of bikes in stock, there’s something for everyone.
