Trek products are well made and a good value. I have purchased both a hybrid mountain/cart path bike and a road bike in the last five years. Each time, the staff was very helpful, listened patiently to my needs and budget, then provided several options. The service department is wonderful, keeping bikes in good/safe working order and catching things still covered under warranty.
