I called the shop to check if a pair of shoes were in stock. Doug answered the phone and listened to my questions. He double checked he had the shoes, and since I live in the QC he offered to ship them to me! I was absolutely blown away by how much he cared about my experience with Trek Peoria. The shoes were shipped asap and arrived within a day. I have managed a Trek store a few years ago, and this was a textbook lesson on how to treat a customer. Kudos to Doug!! I really appreciate the attention I received.
