I appreciate when a business acts as if it truly wants to serve its customers. I felt that way with all your personnel. Sam J is a friend of mine, so I knew he would provide great service (and he did), but other personnel were equally as friendly and interested in my potential purchase. They all seemed as if they truly enjoyed working for Trek. I will certainly be back for other purchases and services.

Service was excellent. The team was very patient with me and answered all of my questions. I was able to test ride multiple bikes to make a decision. They were extremely knowledgeable and gave me a good education.

Well I couldn't fix it myself, but when I brought my bike into Trek Bicycle shop they said that they can fix my bike , and the maintenance team did an excellent job on my electric bike 🏍 and I have been riding my bike. I recommend if you need your bike fixed this is the place to go. D.F.
