Colton and the Trek Peoria team are very kind, friendly, and dedicated to superb customer service. Their focus on understanding the customer's specific wants and needs, and making a plan to execute that plan is top notch. They got me the exact bike I was wanting and needing based on my endurance style riding. My bike has an exceptional frame geometry that is fun, comfortable and ready for long days in the saddle. Recommend 10/10
