The service on my bike was performed timely and within the time committed. Staff with which I interacted were very cordial and responsive to my questions.

The manager Jen was fantastic. I was preparing to place my order online and called the store because I didn't know the type of pedals to order. As we talked she helped me with the pedals and also let me know they had the bike instock. I also needed a smaller tire size put on the bike because I am a road rider and will use the bike for the Ironman and she helped with that so the process was smooth. I was able to drive out the next day and pick up the bike. It was the perfect experience and I am thankful for a great team.

Economical, Knowledgeable staff, Sold me only what I needed, not trying to get me to buy unnecessary or unneeded items. The maintenance was performed quickly, Dropped my bike on a weekend afternoon, it was completed by the next afternoon. Have not ridden it yet, but will be putting a few miles on it Thursday morning & Sunday morning & early afternoon.
