I LOVE your product “Chamois Butter” for HER. It helps so much with sweating and chafing under the breast area. The 2 gentlemen who were behind the service desk on Friday, October 3 in the Trek store in Cranberry PA were extremely helpful and gave me so much hope that I’ll be able to ride a bicycle again! I’m having balance issues after having both my knees replaced and the two guys offered me Hope! (Training wheels are a solution) Both guys deserve special recognition from the Trek company. Both also had exceptional personalities.

Admittedly I was nervous about using a new bike shop. I've been going to the same general group of folks for over twenty years and unfortunately all of those shops and mechanics are gone or have moved away or on to other things. It's cliche, but my bikes are like my babies. To me they have feelings and attitude. If they have that, then respect that presence. Kind of like when you see a bike that has caked on dirt, mud or grit, or even an extremely nasty chain and sprocket. If you're going to make the investment in a ride, just make a little investment in taking care of it. So, I was very pleased when I took the chance on Trek Cranberry and the turn around and result was perfect. Shifter cable exploded and was needing the bike for vacation coming up the next weekend. Took it in on Sunday afternoon and got it back Tuesday afternoon. I've done hundreds of miles since and it's been working flawlessly. That's the reason the review has taken a while. wanted to get some miles on the repair. In fact, I'll be taking in another bike, very soon, for the same type of repair. Why are shift cables exploding?! Thank you much

I highly recommend Skip, Tim, and Eric. I really appreciate your taking the time to help me get "back on the bike" after no longer being able to master my 2 wheel recumbant bike. Thanks to your advice and help-- Eric, you're a gr8 teacher!, I am now riding my recumbant bike with stabilizer training wheels without being afraid if falling at the age of 79 1/2!! Im still in the "learning curve" but I'm gaining confidence once again and enjoying my rides and views of my neighborhood. THANK YOU ALL!!
