I have been a long time customer of Trek bicycles and the Trek Cranberry location is the only LBS that gets my business. The service team has always been outstanding, very friendly, and knowledgeable. My Trek mountain bike is still in great condition, so I just recently made my first bike purchase at Trek Cranberry (a starter bike for my daughter). The trade up program is great and we’ll be using it as needed for my daughter and son, because his next bike will also be purchased from Trek Cranberry. Thank you to the entire team at Trek Cranberry!

I have had a Trek verve 2 and a 3. I really like the style of the bike and it works great for where I ride. The service at the Cranberry shop is top notch. I recently went in for a brake adjustment and they wound up having to replace the front crank and the rear cassette and my chain because the chain was stretched. Most of the expense was covered under warranty adn they redid my brakes too. Jen was very helpful and the bike is in great shape now.

The service is great! They scheduled me quickly and fixed the brake ahead of the time that they had anticipated. I also appreciate that they explained thoroughly what was done. I will definitely go back and encourage other cyclists to do the same!

I dropped my bike off to get a broken spoke repaired and a level one service. Was surprised to get a text saying my bike was done 4 hours later! I didn't even have an appointment.
