It was a very pleasurable buying experience at Trek Cranberry. Everyone I spoke with was very helpful, answered all my questions, and did everything they could in responding to my requests. Jen was especially helpful when the size, color and style of bike I was interested in was not to be found in the Pittsburgh area but she found one at a Trek shop on the other side of the state and had it shipped.
