The cranberry store has a nice selection of bicycles and accessories, but more importantly their staff is very knowledgeable about my bike and what my requirements are. I am a snowbird and transport my bike via Bike Flights every six months between Pennsylvania and Southern California so I can enjoy my truck around five wherever I am. They take care of everything right down to helping me load it into my car very happy with the service and support and knowledgeable staff. Best regards, Richard Pflug.

Mike in the Cranberry store was a phenomenal help, truly going above and beyond to make sure I would be satisfied with my eBay. In fact, the whole team allowed me to stay late to finish the purchase. Once I actually got out on the bike? The ride was outstanding. I bought the bike for, its electric assist. But riding it acoustic? Was just as good. You have a customer for life.

Love Trek Cranberry!!! The customer service is top tier! If the issues with the bike are minor they haven't charged me. And they're very reasonable for the big things! They are straight forward when it comes to pricing and explaining what needs to be done and since we're close by they even picked up and dropped off my bike that was too heavy for my rack. I've gone to them at least 4 times and I plan on continuing going to them for all my bike needs.
