I was moving in a few days and I walked into the store with concerns about traveling with my bike and I also needed service to my brakes. The service manager (Skip) made the whole process easy and was able to package my bike and ship it to me without any concerns. I had so much going on and for Skip to alleviate this concern for me meant a lot. Thank you for making this happen!
