Everyone was very friendly and helpful. We were able to test ride the bikes and really liked that we were able to do that. Unfortunately we ended up not buying the bikes. They gave us a refund without any problems. They are a great group of people.

My bicycle required repair of the deraiileur and rear wheel spokes after a non riding accident. I have had a variety of bicycles repaired and/or adjusted over several years. These have all been done in timely manner and with no additional "surprise" charges. Any additional parts or repairs have been disclosed to me along with anticipated cost before being done. The quality of repair work by Tim and others has been excellent! I've also been pleased in using the service "package" to refurbish bicycles, as well. ( My wife and my ride basic level Trek and Electra bicycles so i cannot comment regarding "higher end" bicycle models.) I highly recommend the service at the Trek Store!

Mike was very kind when I called in at 5:10 Pm after discovering a flat tire on my bike. I was supposed to go out riding the next day before they opened and had never fixed a flat on my own. Since I was only 20 mins away, he said come one in! He fixed my bike up with a smile and was very kind.

They completed the work exactly as promised. I was also pleasantly surprised to see that they cleaned and polished my bike so that it looked even better than when new,

Greg and the team were excellent. Helped to Pick out the right size and then even had the color Options for us to pick from. Built it the same day and my daughter was able to ride her new birthday bike Around the store before we left. Thank you again made new bike day an awesome experience.
