They take care of me and my bike. I was at mission barbecue parking lot and a guy who had bikes on the back of his car asked me where there was a bike shop and I recommended Trek of Robinson right across the road.

I am a disabled person and use a hand cycle. I brought the bike in and surprisingly an employee at the store said they used to work on recumbent and could fix the mess that was my Invacare hand cycle. For a very good price the handcycle was back and running. It was awesome that there was no hesitation to work on a non Trek oddity that is my trike. Thank you.

The service technician was able to turn around the chain repair on our grandson's bike in a few hours. Everyone that works in the store is always very welcoming and greets you with a smile. When we do our annual maintenance, the bikes are always very clean and perform very well.

The staff is fantastic. They are super helpful and extremely knowledgeable. I was looking for a bike that would be good for long distance trail riding and they were able to supply be with a bike in my price range at that will last me a long time.
