My partner and I enjoy casual rail trail bike rides. We came in to get him a replacement bike and weren’t sure what to expect. The experience couldn’t have been better. We were greeted immediately upon walking through the door. The salesman took measurements and got an idea of which models might be a good choice. He patiently answered questions. We left about an hour later with a Verve 3 and some installed accessories. I will be returning for a tune-up on my own bike, and I’d recommend this shop to others.

I purchased a new bike at the Robinson Trek store this week. A big thank you to Paul Kopko who was able to assist me in making the right choice and in providing help with several accessories. It was a pleasure working with him and the other staff members. I appreciate their knowledge and experience. I will definitely be back for any type of service or repairs to my new ride.

Whether I'm purchasing a new bike, or simply need parts or supplies, I know that I will always be treated with courtesy and it truly makes a difference.
