Everyone at my Trek store is wonderful! The hello as soon as I walk through the door and the simple act of adding "new to me" pedals (include anything here) on when servicing a bike make the overall experience a joy. I didn't ask for pedals, but was gifted a set that was just hanging out in the work area "just because". I love that! My store, in Robinson Township, PA, is the best!
