I loved my experience shopping for an e-bike. Paul was helpful and informative and gave me all the time I needed to decide on a Trek Electra after looking at many bikes in their inventory. I ordered it on Saturday, July 5th and picked up MY new bike on Friday afternoon, July 11th. The battery was fully charged and ready for me to ride. Paul was there when I picked the bike up and he had me ride it around the parking lot, provided advice and guidance about the battery and other essential instructions. This is not the first bicycle we have bought at Trek Bicycle Robinson. They are supportive and helpful and we are always happy to see Paul when we walk in the store!

Nathan was super helpful and very knowledgeable. The turn time for the repairs was lightening quick. Bike looks and feels great. Price of the tune up seemed a little high compared to other places, but that is the offset of the quick turn time I think. So far it seems worth it.

Other shops were saying it would take a week to get to my repair, but Trek of Robinson said to bring it in and they had it done in two hours. Very friendly, very helpful and on fast turn around.
