Cory and Billy are awesome! I was in a jam and got there before opening. Billy set me up in a hurry. You can't go wrong with this crew. Your Port Charlotte and Punta Gorda crews are the best. Remember that.
I believe TREK is synonymous when it comes to quality in bikes and products. Service on the other hand is store specific. If the manager is replacing parts on bikes that don't need to be or performing services and charging an inflated repair cost compared to what was originally discussed with the customer. This is an issue, point in case the previous store manager was doing just that.
On the other hand, the new manager is adding value to my experience by not over selling me services, just giving me what I need and making suggestions that I get to decide whether or not I want done.
I almost switched where I had my bike serviced and when I found out the management had changed, I decided to stay because of the person Managing the store. Not to mention he is a Veteran, and I support other veterans.
