All the employees @ the store were very helpful. They gave me great customer service. I took my bicycle for repair and they left it like new. I was very pleased with the final result. Also, the turnover time to pick up my bike was less than 48 hours. It's great to have a bicycle store that's so efficient with great customer service so close to my home. Thank you!

I have visited the store several times over the years and the employees are very helpful, responsive and informative. I brought several my bike in for service and if possible they fix it right there and then if it was a minor repair. I find their mechanic’s knowledgeable and their service department know what they are doing in the maintenance repaired of my road bike and mountain bike.
