Every time I have visited this store the personnel have been outstanding. They know their stuff. They are very easy to communicate with. They suggest ways to better use my bike as well as new products that may be useful to me. During my last visit it was determined that I needed a new seat post. They changed it while I was there. Great service. When I have left my bike for work, they give me a very accurate cost beforehand and let me know when the work will be completed. They are a great group of people.

The staff was extremely helpful with their assessment of the needs for each of our two bikes that have been hanging up and out of use for several years and had them both tuned up and ready to go in short fashion. Communications from staff included confirmation of work to be done, summary of work that was done and when the bikes were ready to pick up. Thank you! Will definitely recommend the shop to others!
