Service department is awesome. They have changed out my wheelchair tires & tubes numerous times over the last few years! Always friendly & professional, & price is better than other area bike shops! ABC Bicycles put together my bike after I brought it on the plane from NY for a coast-to-coast ride. The service was fantastic on all fronts. Everyone was very friendly and knowledgeable. Great bike shop!!!

ABC is a very professionally run bike store. They are a full service store with sales, service and accessories. They have very little turnover which speaks volumes.

We have bought one or two bicycles at abc and gotten accessories and service too. I went there a couple days ago for help finding the correct bolts to mount a rack. Anne was extremely helpful inpatient, and she solved the problem.

The entire team at ABC are incredible… friendly, honest, and very competent… we have purchased new bikes for our children with them and dropped off older bikes for tune ups… impressed doesn’t even capture the attention to detail and honest pricing of our local bike shop.

My experience with ABC bicycles was excellent. Each employee was candid yet professional, eager to help and very approachable. This is how services should be rendered at any business. Can't recommend this company enough and I wish that I remembered the names of the two main people that assisted me to give them specific thanks.

ABC bikes fixed a broken spoke on my rear wheel (and did a couple of other minor things) in a. couple of hours. The price was fair and the service was friendly. This is my second experience with ABC. and I'll be back if the need arises

My husband and I brought our bikes in for a tune-up. The gentleman (sorry, don't remember his name) who greeted us, checked out both bikes and determined all that we needed to bring the bikes into tip top shape (which was more than a tune-up). He made all the suggestions and let us decide what all we wanted to have done. No pressure. We opted to do everything. Service only took 2 days and our bikes look and ride like new. They were cleaned, lubed and all replacements made as suggested. Even took care of some rust spots on the frame. We could not be more pleased with the service and genuinely friendly staff. Highly recommend!
