Great customer service and awesome bike selection. Both of our older Trek bikes were subject to hurricane flooding. When we brought them in for repair, the technician thoroughly examined them and was very honest about the cost to repair compared to purchasing new. We were offered a generous huricane discount on one of the new bikes and a great clearance offer on the second. Both of the bikes are beautiful and a joy to ride! We are super satisfied!
