The service at Trek Bike Store of Stuart is excellent! They repaired my bike within 24 hours, two new tires and tubes and new handle bar tape job, over Memorial Day weekend when every other store was closed! Mitch and his lads were very helpful and professional, knew their bikes and gave some solid advice.
I will definitely be bringing my bike there in the future!
I dropped my bike off at lunchtime to have a new tubeless back tire installed and a few hours later I was called to say it was ready for pickup. Couldn’t be any happier, didn’t miss out on any ride time.
I bought an Xcaliber TREK mountain bike at your store from John 2 years ago. It has been serviced twice at your shop and has never given me a bit of trouble although I ride it about 50-60 miles/week.
I recently brought in my 1998 LiteSpeed road bike to see of it could be restored. The bike is special to me because it carried me from Seattle to Washington, D.C, in 1998. Jaime did an excellent job replacing the chain rings, chain, brakes and brake cables, shifter cables and an overall tuneup. He was obviously interested in the project, treated the bike as if it was his own, and was justly proud of a job well done. I rode the bike this morning for the first time in many years and it feels brand new.
Now that I know what Jaime can do, I'm thinking of having him do a tuneup of my 1987 Cannondale tandem.
As long as there are folks like Jaime and John providing quality bike products and services, there will always be a place for local bike shops like yours.
