I purchased a bike and accessories from Donna a couple days ago. I appreciate a salesperson that knows their product and doesn't try to oversell. The store had the bike/model I was looking for in stock and had all accessories installed in 20 minutes.

I received excellent service from the Trek store at sunrise. The staff was so helpful, knowledgeable and polite. Wally made the necessary repairs to my bike, and the service was expedited so I had little down time. The staff there is so helpful and professional. Thanks again for the fast turnaround and great service.

This was the third time I brought my bike to this store. This time with a flat tire. Wally put a new tube in it and adjusted the breaks within 15 minutes. He was very professional and friendly. I can highly recommend this bike store.

Friendly service and a non-crowded environment. However, I felt the cost of repairing a spoke on a wheel was overpriced at $37.44. A simple repair like that shouldn’t cost more than $10 to $15.

The Trek bike offers a high quality. I bought my first trek more than 10 years ago and I still have it and I’ve bought three more cents and they’re all in great working condition. The trek shop in Broward is awesome The technicians are highly knowledgeable and extremely helpful.
