Great display of product selection. Was able to see and try out the bicycle I was actually looking for, whereas other stores did not display them. Keith helped us who seemed very knowledgeable and Terrell who I think was the manager there was extremely helpful. I live in Aventura and could have bought the bike less than 1/2 a mile away but the fact that you guys were opened on Sunday and were a great assistance we made our purchase there. Thanks for the help.

Fabian at Sunrise Trek did an amazing upgrade of my bike. He changed the tires, tubes, cartridge, chain, handlebars, shifter. I bought a new PR seat and he adjusted the seat angle so that it was comfortable. Thanks, Fabian!

Incredible staff. Very knowledgeable. Super willing to go the extra yard. A team you feel is there when you need them. I’m a first time buyer who hasn’t been on a bike of any kind in 50 years. Bought an e-bike. Very excited. They literally had someone run besides me as I tried out the bike. Now that’s cool Special acknowledgment to Fabian and his team to include Neil, Bryan, and Terrell. I wouldn’t have bought the bike without their help and encouragement.
