We purchased a Trek bike for my wife at the SW Fort Myers a few years ago. Great quality bike that has served her well. She ran into some health issues, causing her a lot of neck pain. She brought the bike in, and Jeremy took great care of her. He replaced the stem with an adjustable model, raising the handlebar to make her position more comfortable. Fantastic, attentive service. I highly recommend this store! JimM
