The store had exactly the accessories needed for a non-Trek bicycle and the staff was amazingly cordial and helpful. We also found out that we can have our non-Trek bicycle tuned there. We live across the street so this is great news.

My bike was serviced recently and received the kind of attention. I would hope that it would… There was a misunderstanding relative to the petals, making a racket and. I did feel that that issue had not been properly addressed… In a subsequent discussion with Jack, I now realize that I am the one who was in error and that the problem will be rectified with new components… However, I want to make it clear that the mistake was mine, and that the service was thorough…

Went to the store looking to buy a new bike. The staff person was very helpful, and knowledgeable, and I was on my way home with the new bike in about 20 minutes. We’ve also had bikes serviced at this store and always a great experience.

I came in a few minutes after they open, after my cat tore into my tire and tube, jack was able to not only fix my bike, but also help me buy a new helmet and Lock, and a new comfortable seat for the bike. It was so quickly done, I was in and out with in 10ish minutes. Thank you jack, anytime I need help I know who to go to.
