All of the staff at Trek are professional and attentive. I have NEVER had a problem with anything I've had done here. The staff are fast and friendly and very knowledgeable in their craft. I have been getting my bikes serviced here as well as purchased my new bikes from here. They ask all of the pertinent questions to get my bike serviced properly and efficiently. Those guys are great, and I appreciate all of their hard work to keep my bikes rolling.

Great communication and knowledge of their bike lineup. Brian got me into an absolutely phenomenal Madone, made several key recommendations to ensure it would fit appropriately. And overall just did a fantastic job helping me out. Absolutely will be recommending Twek West Phoenix if anyone I know needs a new bike.
