I've only ever had positive experiences at this store. All of the employees are extremely helpful and welcoming. The pricing is always very fair. For example, I took my bike in to get the rear brake fixed. The technician fixed the break, but it squeaked when pressed with enough force. Because it was a little noisy, he dropped the price of the fix from ~$45 to ~$15. This is just an example of the great service they provide!
