Recently purchased a Trek E-Mountain Bike with a great price and service that was above other comparable bike shops. The staff was informative, friendly and made sure my experience with the new bike would be overwhelmingly great. There has been a positive change in your shop crew’s attitudes. When I first bought my ALR5 in 2019(I think) the shop was kinda sloppy & didn’t seem to care much about their quality of work. But this last week, I brought my ALR5 in for recharging the tire sealant & you guys found bad rim tape & more than a few bullheads in the tires ! New tape, a little extra sealant & it is a joy once again to cruise around on that beautiful gravel bike ! Your guys explained everything that was needed & done & I was frankly amazed to be able to wait for the work to get done & how reasonable the bill was !

I had a bike fit appointment with Glen who was the most professional and kind person I have ever had the pleasure of working with. I had a three hour appointment with Glen, during which his technical knowledge and concern for helping me achieve a comfortable ride left me feeling really happy I had decided to get the bike fit despite having my bike for many years. If you have any questions regarding feeling comfortable on your bike and achieving fitness goals while having fun, you really need to spend time with Glen.

I came during a "slower" time and had several people took care of my three bicycles quickly. I appreciate the quick service and clarity of costs. I am surprised at the low repair costs but certainly saw many items that are not priced competitively. I believe I understand the strategy but wondering if a more competitive costs and/ alternate cheaper items would help with sales.
