Services! I can comment on that. I hope you don’t get tired of seeing me but I appreciate that you know my name, you pretty much think you know my riding habits- ok, some for sure- and you often know what I need. Other informal advice always appreciated- like how to put a tire on these new wheels- it’s so hard! We know you’re busy serving a lot of us but the smiles of welcome tell me it’s a good place to return to. Thank you

The store was very nice with lots of options and information including maps for local routes. The salesman was helpful and friendly. He took time to compare multiple options and give useful recommendations based on age (I'm not young anymore) and riding preferences. He also discussed long term concerns, maintenance, possible upgrade items, and helpful tips. It was a very positive experience, and I would gladly visit again.

Trek Bicycle Oly East has the best staff!!! I came in needing a new tube on 1 bike and a break adjustment on the other the kid who helped us was amazing got both bikes done so quickly I had bearly made it home before he had it all done. Also I only paid $28. After some bad experiences from other places/people we will only be trusting Trek with our bikes!

Great customer service. Lance described in detail what my bike needed, how much it would cost and how long it would take to fix. The crew at the shop are all proficient at their jobs and seem happy to be there. It’s also nice to be greeted by name when I walk in the door
