Amazing fast service. Had to bring a bike in needing new tires as had company from out of country and wanted to go for bike rides. Took it in at the end of the day, and they took it in immediately, put new tires on it, and we were on our way to head out on our bikes. So grateful to the quick, great service with a smile. Geoff, was absolutely amazing. He really took his time with both my husband and myself demonstrating the bikes and fitting us each with one. He also informed us about possible upgrades that we may want to change out such as the handlebars and seats. We really like our Marlin 5. My husband got a large that was set up for a customer who changed his mind. I got a medium in the purple. I am going to upgrade a few things to make the bike perfect for me.

The staff is super knowledgeable and helpful to all levels of cyclists. Thats refreshing given the reputation bike shops sometimes have. Nice selection of product in store and it seems that they can get it for you if its not. Top notch mechanics to that again, explain things instead of talking down to you.
