We're from Tennessee on vacation in Florida. Took the wife's bicycle to get serviced. Bike operated as if it were brand new. Very professional and kind folks!!! Wish Trek Bicycle shop was close to our home! Pensacola is fortunate to have them in their community.

This is the best of both worlds! Trek store and a neighborhood bike shop! All staff is helpful and friendly. The services are top notch for tune-ups or new parts. Keep up the great work.

We purchased an Aima Big Sur and a Trek Townie Electra. They are great E bikes. Jarvis helped us with our purchase and he was very helpful, polite and extremely knowledgeable about the products. I will recommend this store and Jarvis to anyone that I speak to that is looking for a new bike, e bike or needs bike service.

The guys in the shop are very pleasant and knowledgeable about bikes in general and Trek bikes in paticuular. They always have an answer and are willing to share their knowledge and do any required work well and timely. The owner Robbie is a great guy and is always a pleasure to deal with. Though I usually have an option of buying online I prefer to deal with a local bike shop and Pensacola Trek convinces mne that is the right choice.

I love the service I receive at the Pensacola store! Robby and Bob are amazing! They always are cheerful and accommodating whenever I pop in for assistance with a flat tire or equipment upgrade. The service they consistently provide is outstanding! I have 3 Trek bikes, but my favorite right now is my Domane! Cycling 🚴 life!
