The Trek Store Pensacola worked with Trek and got my wife a new e-bike even though her bike was out of warranty. There was a mechanical issue that could not be fixed. The Pensacola store got her an upgrade e-bike at no cost to her. They really helped us even though we didn’t purchase her old bike from them. Would highly recommend them over any Trek dealer in the Panhandle.

The Trek Store is a great bike shop! They fix and maintain my bike and help me to understand what I can do to keep my bike in the best working order. Robbie, Drew and Bob are my new bike store family! Very helpful. Prompt, professional service at a competitive price. They know what they are doing and they are just all-around great guys!
