Steve, Jarvis and Robbie were all very helpful throughout the process of selecting a bike and they all truly wanted me on the bike I was most comfortable with. To that end, they offered some helpful insight based on their own cycling experience. Clearly, the Trek bikes are very high quality however the experience of purchasing my bike from the fine gents at Trek Bikes Pensacola was also very high-quality!

I enjoy the friendliness of the employees. They are GREAT and always eager to help. I'm always greeted as soon as I come in the door. They have ALWAYS taken care of repairing my bikes. They have ALWAYS listened to what I said I wanted when looking to purchase a new bike. With this kind of service, I don't mind driving four hours to this store. They are the BEST!!!
