Needed my wife’s bike tire leak fixed. I took it in at 11:00 am. They replaced the tube in less than one-half hour. They also replaced the rim liner which was the root cause of the tube problem. Great team at the Trek bicycle store on Cervantes.

I worked with Jarvis and from beginning to end he was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. He cared about my safety and watched me take the bike for a test ride to make sure it was adjusted correctly to my body type. The other two guys behind the service counter were just as helpful. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking to buy a bike or bike related stuff.
