The customer service at your store is top notch! The salesman didn’t try to upsell me on things I didn’t want and he was very knowledgeable. I was also pleased to find out they were locally owned. I will definitely be back for service and other accessories.

I was amazed at the job the service team did on my tuneup for my old Schwinn. It really needed some TLC and I knew it was going to require a lot of elbow grease as it was sitting in storage and had accumulated quite a bit of rust. The tech I believe his name is Tim even found an original spring mattress type seat in storage and popped it on there at no charge, everyone in the shop was really friendly and helped me load in and out my bike as well. They even had it done ahead of schedule! I highly recommend track bicycle store, Mount Pleasant or any bike repair or needs.
