Their honesty. When I brought in a bike for new tires I was told I could get another year or two before I needed to change them. I purchased a new electric bike and the offered to hold it for me with no money down to give me time to think about it. You never see that kind of honesty in today’s world.

I've always had Trek bikes so I knew when I wanted an upgrade, that's the brand I would get. Also the sales person who assisted was wonderful! Very informative...explained all features...compared....fitted me to the bike. It was a very easy comfortable experience and know that I can depend on them to be there for questions or repairs/service. Thank you .... can't wait to put lots of miles on my new ride!
