The staff has always treated me with friendliness and interest when I come in to the store. I appreciate this because, though I am sure that many customers are far more advanced and knowledgeable cyclists than I am, I never feel that I am treated any differently because I am simply just someone who thoroughly enjoys cycling for pleasure and exercise. The staff makes me feel welcome and interested in my needs. The services which I have had over the years, mostly repairs and tuneups, have always been done to my satisfaction. When I have come in to make a purchase staff has always explained choices to me and the pros and cons of different items.
