The Racine Trek store offers great service provided by knowledgeable and skilled technicians who are very willing to tell you everything you want to know (and more!) about your bike. I just had my bike in for a routine tune-up, as well as a custom modification to the handlebars. They didn't let me leave until I was satisfied with the placement of the new pieces, and invited me to come back for more adjustments, if needed. I've stopped in numerous times with questions about accessories, techniques for changing inner tubes on the road, gear adjustment, etc. They are very good at answering questions without slipping into bike-nerd jargon that no one understands! Their store hours are a bit limited, so check before dropping in.

Had a rear tire replaced ,..... went in to schedule an appointment , walked out 20 min. later with a new rear tire , bike ready for another season . thanks for the great service. sincerely Carl Axelson

Staff are very knowledgeable, friendly, and take their time with you. They are experts in the details of bikes. They could explain everything I asked about and knew exactly which bike would be best for me and why - truly amazing! I purchased the bike they recommended and couldn't be happier - it's perfect in every way. I would highly recommend Trek Bicycle Store to anyone who is looking for a bike.

I had been to the store several times looking for a 2 inch hitch to match with my vehicle. They were very helpful and asking the right questions to know whether how often I would utilize it. This isn't the first time that I have been there. I have had them do some maintenance cleaning and I was very happy what I saw when I picked it up. It was like a new bike. They are very friendly and courteous. When I decided to buy the bicycle hitch, they offered me the one that was already assembled. I know that the store model was just assembled within the last day because they didn't have one there. That saved me some time to put it together. Yes, I am very satisfied with there service. The price wasn't what I had expected until I began shopping around for other bicycle shops in the area.
