I have always been treated with respect . Having been a customer at three locations, a whole stable of bikes and over 20 years, despite my advanced age, my concerns and questions are still met as though I was a slim young rider.

Good morning. I was told that my bike (Verve 3) needed two new tires, ok fine. But then you happen to be out of stock on both tires I needed. The tires that were in stock were the next "better" tire at about $20 a tire more. I would hope a store such as yours would be better stocked in every day material. I'm sure that spring is a very busy time in the bicycle business. Plan for it!
