I had a broken spoke on the rear wheel of my Trek mountain bike. I hadn't had time to work on it myself so I took it to the Stevens Point Trek Store to see if they could fit it in. It was a Friday afternoon and Josh said he'd try and get to it by the end of the day. Sure enough he fixed my issue and did an entire inspection with some other adjustments and had it done by the end of the day. He was very helpful and got everything done much quicker than expected. Overall, great service at the Trek Store.

Techs were able to explain how to update my 1994 Trek 830 with new hand brakes, new shifters and an adjustable handlebar and stem. They completed the updates and showed me how to make adjustments if needed.
