I was having trouble with my rear tire. It wouldn't hold air, and I couldn't figure out why. They fixed it. Turns out there was a thin piece of wire embedded into the tire, that would have never found on my own.

I’ve worked with the Tuscaloosa Trek Store team on several projects and purchased bikes for my wife and son from their shop, every experience has been excellent. The manager and mechanics are knowledgeable and personable, and their service is always timely and well done. Dillon and Colin take a hands-on approach, making sure you get what you really need. Both are experienced cyclists on road, gravel, and trails and they have quickly become part of the Tuscaloosa cycling community. Whether you’re just starting out or have years of cycling under your belt, this is a strong local shop located in Midtown that my family highly recommends.

Dillon Smith and Colin are incredibly knowledgeable, courteous, and friendly. These two Trek representatives are invaluable to the large biking community in the city of Tuscaloosa, and they should be recognized and retained at all costs. We have experienced repeated turnover in our Trek store in Tuscaloosa and we want stability. Dillon and Colin are the dream team, so please do not let them fail to be thanked and rewarded by Trek. They are a joy to work with and made the difference in my selection of a Trek bike rather than a Specialized from the other bike shop in town.

The Trek team is always responsive to our needs. We have purchased two bikes from them over the past 18 months. Those bikes have brought a lot of joy into our lives. Dillon and his team help us maintain the bikes fabulously. We also purchased our bike rack there. We wouldn’t be able to transport our E bikes without it. The store is clean and very well maintained. We always get great service with a smile.
