My husband and I both bought bikes in March and had excellent customer service (thanks, Colin!) and we're enjoying the bikes. Colin and Ryan were both working when I purchased my bike and they got me set up quickly. I had a few criteria including a budget and style that would be good for minor back issues. Beyond that, I wasn't sure how to make a selection. Colin pulled two bikes for me to try and the second was perfect. I had such a good time riding that afternoon that my husband bought a bike the following day. Thanks so much for the service, the follow-up phone call, and the product! [NAME REMOVED]

Dillon was so generous and took time to understand what I needed to repair my child’s Trek Precal 24. The service tech was awesome as well. I forget his name. I showed up with a dirty bike that I had attempted to clean completely but it was still not clean. They never acted like it was a problem. The service tech went back and added some pressure to the tires due to an upcoming road ride my son had. Everyone was so welcoming and they never tried to add anything that wasn’t needed. I love Trek in Tuscaloosa.
