I spoke to 3 different people to fully execute the service needed on our bikes. All three were very professional and worked to accommodate our time line and schedule. We have never had a negative experience with the Trek Bike Store in Wausau!
People are so very knowledgeable and helpful. Very impressed with Wyatt ( I think that was his name). Been a fan of Trek for many years and plan to eventually upgrade to an electric assisted bike like my wife.
