I got great service when I took my bike in the other day. My bike tech helped me with my pedal clips, replaced batteries and put sealant in my tire. He took his time and made sure everything was ready to go before I left.

There is no way to say how much I appreciated your having put my exercise bike together. I don't know how that would have been managed without your having done this for me and so expertly.. Since the loss of my husband, and also my son, I've not had a person I could rely upon for assistance with mechanical things. So glad you all were so gracious to help me out. Again, thank you. Your bike shop has quite a variety of bicycles to suit many different needs. Thank you for taking a bit of time to tell me about them and explain the different choices.
