I walked in with a flat tire and the crew was on it right away. They checked a few other things and made suggestions which i appreciated. They also took care of a few additional items I suggested and the bike was ready in less than 2 hours. I was very pleased with the service. Thanks guys!

We have been a Wausau Trek store customer for many years. The service has always been top-notch. We just purchased two e-bikes and Charlie waited on us.
